I've been spending some time reading over the posts I missed. So much has happened in the last month or so.
This morning dh, DD and I drive to a nearby town and I got some really good deal on clothing for DD, and DH bought some fly tying stuff he's wanted for a while. It was a nice day to get out and do something different then unpacking/organizing.
I can't believe I only have about 10 days until I'm back at work full time. ( I have one more course to do this week, it's only 5 hrs but they are providing lunch. Yum! They always provide lunch if the course is 8 hrs or it over laps with lunch time, and this course is 10-3)
Tomorrow we are thinking about going to a park and walking the trails so that our pup can get out for a walk as it's been awhile since he's gone for a long walk.
I'm in Disney World! Character breakfast in the morning. But for now, it's 10:45 pm and our suitcases have yet to be delivered. DS is wide awake because he wants his PJs and I need the needles for my insulin for my GD. Ugh. I want to go to sleep!

Sounds like a good weekend awick14! Your ML went fast!
krystee- yay for DW!! Hope your suitcases arrive soon! We are planning to go to Disneyland Monday and I think I am just as excited as C!!
We came to my dads before PM naps. L refused to nap unless on me so that was fun and I highly doubt C slept. We went for pizza and beers with friends to celebrate DH's bday. Came back and put the boys to bed and now DH and I are on a date, watching a movie for the first time in over 3 years!
Not sure what we will do tomorrow but likely will go home after L's AM nap. That will give us time with my parents and time to pack everything up.
krystee, I hope your suitcases were delivered and that your DS is in bed by now.
luv2rn4fun- I can't believe it's already been 13 months since I worked. (I worked until sept 20th or so last year, went on disability as I couldn't lift and then my Mat leave started at 34 weeks.) It feels like forever! I'm excited to get working again, but nervous all at the same time.
I worked some OT yesterday because they were giving incentives for us to come in. We just hired a bunch of people again because we're so far behind! Plus OT hours always help!

Came home and we rearranged the kids room (currently E's room, they will be sharing) and did a little cleaning. I'm getting frustrated with all the clutter. My blood pressure has been up so I've even more been in get things done mode, lol. I'm afraid she's going to arrive earlier than we expected and none of her clothes will be washed and no place to sleep, car seat not installed, etc. But I'm also in pain so I can only do so much and it's annoying!
Lazy day today. Our fire house daughter is coming over later to cut H’s hair and she’s coming at dinner time so I guess I have to feed her lol. I think she planned it that way.
estrellita- try not to over work yourself, or she will come early. Lol
wineandcheese- I'd admit if I was going over to your house I would plan for dinner time too. Yum!
Today is going to be a boring day for the most part. Grocery shopping, laundry, and then hopefully the weather cooperates and we will take the pup for a long walk.

awick14 lol, true. I'm trying to do as much as I can sitting. But I'm also supposed to exercise to help keep my blood pressure down so I'm trying to balance moving enough with resting enough. We're doing some running around today but I'm taking it slow too!
We've been out in the woods all weekend, so I'm just now trying to catch up on the posts I've missed. I probably won't be able to do much more than skimming until tomorrow, but I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
estrellita: That's rough. I feel like pregnancy is all contradictory advice. My BP was low so my diet advice ended up being "Be healthy... but also eat enough sodium to keep you from passing out." But that's just me reading yours as "rest so you don't go early, but also, exercise to keep your BP down so you don't go early." XD
awick14: I can't believe how old your DD is! I keep seeing her pictures on IG and saying "NO, she can't be old enough to do that!"
We spent yesterday cleaning up around the house but it's still not up to my standards. I like our new rental, but cleaning is one of the reasons I didn't want too big of a place. How do you even keep a house clean?

@opal Exactly! I'm like, ok take it easy, relax.... but also exercise? I get that they probably mean do some light exercise during the day and get enough sleep at night but then I also know if it gets bad people can get put on bed rest so it seems really contradictory to say exercise helps. I don't want to do too much walking around because it HURTS (pelvic pain) so.. blah. I just can't win! Oh well I guess. Things could always be worse!
Just popping in. Trying to read occasionally, but I miss a lot
We were at our halloween party until 3am last night. Well, this morning. But yeah, recovering from that is not as easy as it used to be. lol. H was super awesome though and made homemade ginger ale and homemade orange chicken for dinner
luv2rn4fun So glad you guys got a date night. I hope it was enjoyable!
estrellita Pregnancy is such a mind game. Do this, oh wait, don't do that, but do this other thing instead. Good luck getting it all done!
awick14 Are you excited to re-start the job? I know you'll miss DD, but other than that are you looking forward to it?

awick14- your ML has gone by super fast. I hope it's a smooth transition for you! I know you love what you do so hopefully everything else goes well with your DH and DD!
amaranth- thank you! We had a good time even though the movie was just ok. Nice to be out and away from the kids for a couple hours. Both boys slept horribly (as did I since they kept waking me up) and this afternoon was rough. Hoping they both sleep great tonight and tomorrow is a good day...we are hopefully finally going to Disneyland (assuming no one is sick which is a possibility...both were showing signs of maybe getting sick again 🙁). Hope you have fully recovered by now!! Sounds like a great party! And I am LOLing at the fact that you stayed up til 3a and I almost decided to start my day at that time since I had been awake so much already.
@opal- I know right? It feels like just yesterday she was born.
amaranth- I am excited, I miss working. I actually feel guilty with how happy I am that I am going back to work, and guilty that I don't miss DD as much as I think I should while she is at daycare.
pooh8402- so nervous, I've been away so long, I hope that I remember everything, lol.
luv2rn4fun- dh has been better so far then I expected. He is trying to do everything he would be doing already, just to make sure that he can do it when I'm not there.
luv2rn4fun The funny part (probably only funny to me. lol) is that your 3am is my 6am, so I was getting up for the day with S right then too. Okay, maybe not funny. #needmoresleep

No way I could survive on only 3 hours of sleep! I am up early every day (before 6) but I also try to be in bed by 9 on weeknights and 10 on the weekend. L is up at least 1x every night so my sleep from 3a on is always very broken and not good.
