My son is 13 months old. I got my period back about 2 months postpartum and then skipped a month here or there. I've been having them monthly since February. Since then, they've varied anywhere between 26-32 days. I'm unsure if I'm ovulating. I attempted to check in May and took ovulation tests from days 12-18 (all negative), then ran out of tests and said "screw it" at the time, heh.
Is this something I should be worried about, or is it normal for periods to vary this much postpartum? I thought I would've been regular by now. (I was regular pre-baby.) Obviously I need to start taking ovulation tests this month...
No, he was never able to breastfeed. I pumped exclusively for 4 months and was done at 5. So it's been a while. And I guess I can't count today as my first day of AF after all. I've had cramping since the middle of last night, but only a few spots of blood on the tissue paper a couple times this afternoon.

ETA: This is day 26 of my cycle.
I remember how annoying this was. My doc’s rule of thumb was that for the amount of time you don’t have it, you could take that amount of time to get it back to normal.
