1. Not well. I have been sick every morning and exhausted every evening not a good combo. Have to figure out when I am going to workout and not want to throw up.
2. Try to get started again. At least 3 days a week.
1. How did last week go? Ehh. I haven't been sticking to my RP plan or working out regularly. I'm in post race limbo.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Tonight was my gym night so it's all thrown off. And I don't see myself getting up to run tomorrow so. Maybe lift once and run once.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Start Cut 2 of RP and actually stick to it. Stay away from Halloween candy.

1. How did last week go? Decent. My food choices were quite good. Unfortunately the scale doesn't shoe it. WTF.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Workouts will be light b/c I have a half marathon on Sunday! It's actually the last leg of a 70.3 triathlon. I LOVE relays. This is my first taste of a long distance triathlon also
3. What are your food goals for the week? Do not eat all the candy
4. Any non-scale victories? Finished my triathlon in 36 degree weather. Perfect weather to jump in a lake right? My performance was very meh. But it was the first time I did a race in bitter cold temperatures. And every experienced person I knew who was supposed to race it, dropped out.

judyblume14, to be fair, the air was 36 degrees, the water was about 70. It felt amazing to get into the water b/c it was warmer. The hard part was getting on a bike and zipping through that cold air when you're all wet. That suuucked.
1. I over did it by mowing the lawn and raking leaves so threw out my back. I did get in a few good walks before that happened and kept the snacking at bay.
2. Does walking during ToT count? I'm battling migraine/headaches so my motivation to do anything sucks.

1. I'm stilllll trying to get back into the swing of healthy living after vacation, the entire family being sick and the baby not sleeping. I don't really know what I did last week to be honest lol. 2. I'm working through a 21 day fix/piyo hybrid schedule I found on Pinterest. I was going to start crossfit but I am not ready. I thought I was but I am not. 3. Stick to 21 day fix eating plan. I've backed down to the 3rd bracket since I am trying to wean from breastfeeding, so I'm hoping I really start seeing results soon. 4. None, at all.
1. How did last week go? I was able to get 2 good workouts in, which is what I was aiming for. My food intake was ok - I don't think I went over my calorie goals any day.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? I already did one workout this week and I'm hoping to squeeze in a run before the weekend is done.

4. Any non-scale victories? I actually feel like I am getting some muscle again. Squats and lunges are getting easier and I was able to move in another notch on my belt.
