Share your projects/finished objects - Nov. edition

I saw the last one that was bumped (with a reminder for the ornament exchange) was on 10/1, so I thought I would make one for November. 

What projects have you finished lately? Are you thinking of ornament ideas?(This is my first year participating, so I have no idea;I am scouring ravelry, though.) 


I finished a second fair isle style hat for H. I think I am going to branch off to some stuff a little more difficult next though. 

I am planning on making a sweater after the holidays (for myself;) and am currently attempting at designing a hat for my niece for Xmas. We'll see how that goes...

I also am working on the Reyna shawl after frogging what I was using this yarn for. I am really pleased with this pattern.

I am really proud of this sweater. It is for my mom for Christmas. I love the simplicity of it.

The sewing machine is busy this month!
Still working through DS2’s quilt. I got his brother’s done in time for Christmas at the same age, but it’s not happening this year, maybe by spring.
I decided our couches/chairs needed a refresh before hosting Thanksgiving, so I made some pillow covers from fabric I bought last week. I really love the paisley one, and the velvet type fabric is so soft. Fingers crossed the boys don’t destroy either. The lighting in the pics is way more yellow than real life, the velvet is a teal color, my walls are more of a light warm grey.
Next up, my ornament for the exchange (and for the boys this year).

I’ve been making amazing progress! No pics yet but I finished a knit bonnet for my daughter, am just finishing the binding on my Step-Sister’s wedding quilt, and am more than halfway through a friend’s wedding quilt in 2 weeks, as well as knitting another sweater for my daughter. I also made her a knit dress in under an hour based on a self drafted hack of the Bimaa Hoodie.

Today I found buttons for my Acer cardigan that I finished last month. They are sewn on and I can wear it to quilt guild next week!

I designed a hat pattern and finished that; it is being test knit now so maybe published by the end of December? Hmmm...
