I decided against the 5k I've been planning to run on Thanksgiving. Doing cardio outdoors at the end of November just sounds like a miserable way to spend a morning. So, my mom and I are going to a holiday yoga class that morning instead. It will be her first yoga class ever, and I'm really excited to get to go with her.
Training plan for this week: Mon - Push strength Tue - Pull strength Wed - Rest/cardio? Thu - Leg hypertrophy Fri - Rest/cardio? Sat - Push hypertrophy Sun - Pull hypertrophy
Since H works on Friday, we won't have time to get a workout in before my tattoo session so it will have to be a rest day. I might try to add in some cardio in the morning, though, so I don't feel quite so bad about an extra rest day. Haha.
suzv - You've got this! We skipped Halloween entirely. We didn't buy TOT candy or go to any parties or hit up the after Halloween sale racks or anything.
However - My birthday is next week, and I've told H that all I want for my birthday is a cheat day. One day to veg out on all of my favorite treats that we've banned from the house, and he's not allowed to judge me for any of my food choices. I want cake and candy and pizza and ice cream and terrible things, while we binge watch The Punisher on Netflix. His one request was that we don't include soda in our cheat day, which I am willing to accept if that means 24 hours of judgement free deliciousness. LOL.
