Monday- cowboy casserole in the crockpot. I hope it’s good. New recipe. Tuesday- chicken tikka Masala in the crockpot. Also a new recipe. And DH has never had Indian food, so I hope it’s awesome. Wednesday- tacos and homemade guacamole Thursday- DD has her last cheer practice. Eating out Friday- appetizer night! I got everything-bagel-wrapped cocktail weenies and spring rolls to have with popcorn, pita and hummus, pepperoni, cheese, and crackers. I love appetizer night.
Monday - Lemon pepper chicken, basmati rice, broccoli Tuesday - Spaghetti/zoodles, meatballs Wednesday - Pork chops and mashed potatoes Thursday - Homemade chicken fingers for the kids, chicken with tikka masala sauce for me and DH Friday - Shrimp, cheese and crackers, veggies and dip (I'll be rushing home to get DH out the door in time for the show so we're doing an easy dinner. My kids are obsessed with cocktail shrimp)
Mon-Pork stew in the crock pot Tues- ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, veggie Wed-Chicken tacos via crock pot Thurs-Steak and baked yam/potato Fri-? DD has no school so it will depend on if we are home or not Sat-Lasagna soup via crock pot (riding lessons at 4) Sun-Smoked or grilled tri tip
Meatloaf muffins with tatertots and green beans Lentil soup and cantaloupe Salmon, rice and peas Raviolini and green veggies Slow cooker sweet potatoes and pork loin in peach salsa
No clue - I am going to the store this afternoon - I started work at 6 and still am not getting traction, so am worried about this. Dinner may be whatever is in the freezer....with groceries tomorrow.
For sure we are doing tacos this week. I’d like to do some kind of big salad.
