I know it's slow, but I miss having a randoms thread with you guys so ... 

What's up this week? Benjamin has adjusted to the time change. Elliot has not. He's up at 5:30, naps as normal, but then won't fall asleep until 9:00 PM. Come on kid!

I went to a resale with a friend on Saturday, and bought a city mini stroller. It was $65 and in decent condition. I hated strollers with B, and sold all but our summer infant umbrella stroller. Well, E turned into a runner over the summer, and that stroller was driving me insane. The wheels kept getting stuck so I'd have to kick them straight, and E would slouch in the seat and put his feet on the wheels so we couldn't go. My H gave me a hard time since E is almost 3, and realistically we'll only use the stroller for another 2 years. oh well, I like the new stroller and so does E.

It was so cold today when walking A to school. Then H threw a massive tantrum when I wouldn’t let him play in the snow again, sorry it’s cloudy and windy, pass!

Our new library vote lost last night, and I actually voted no because the location they picked is not good, but after reading awful, name calling, comments from other no votes today I wish I voted yes lol

We leave for Disney in 9 days and I’m so excited I can’t do much of anything else. I have a meeting with a prospective job this evening. I’m not sure if I should call it an interview since it is a friend of a friend and I’m not sure I want to leave my current job. She had some great job perks so I figured I would meet and see what else she offers.

I’m getting frustrated that I’m heavier than I have ever been and can’t find the motivation to make it better. I feel like I don’t have time, energy, motivation to work out or eat better. Then dh gets busy at work followed by man cold and looses like 20lbs in a few weeks. 😡

Before I got pregnant with Daniel I used to read several books a week, somethig happened during 1st tri and I suddenly had zero focus and to this day have not finished reading the book I stated when I found out I was pregnant. I can probably count on my fingers the number of books I've read in the last 6 years.

Yesterday I bought Wonder and today I finished it. It is a great book, I can't wait to see the movie.

There is a younger kid version as well that I've ordered to read with the boys!

Girl Scouts is stressing me out. I’m Coleader and I️ am so damn sick of chasing people around for money and answers! I️ love the actual meeting stuff but the parents are annoying af.

V is at my least favorite age. 14 months and totally nutty. So easily frustrated, so much crying and screaming, wants to walk but can’t. Ugh so stressful.

I just picked that up from the library today!  Glad to hear it is good.  The last book I attempted to read for fun (I read a lot for my book club but rarely pick out my own books) was a big flop and I returned it when I was only a few chapters in.

Took H to story time today and he was so angry and bit me in the stomach, that hurt so bad. I hope he is getting his last molars because he isn't usually a bitter or angry.

Hi guys! I’m sorry I haven’t been around— this move and unpacking has just been The Suck. Boys love school, house is slowly coming together, and Will turned one a few weeks ago! No more bitty babies for me (sniff, not really. I’m actually ok with consistent full nights sleep!)

I'm counting down the days till thanksgiving break! DD is going to a dance clinic for 2 of the days so I think I will try and find sitters for the boys so I can do a pre Christmas toy purge and house cleaning.

The overhead light in our bedroom hasn’t worked in like 3mos....Mh finally fixed it today! (He got laid off last week and although it’s not ideal timing, he will hopefully only be off a month or so) But it now gives him time to do projects around the house. He also fixed the lock on the back door, installed a new kitchen faucet and got all the leaves out of the yard. Also on the ‘honey do’ list is: install a ceiling fan in R’s room, install curtains in W’s room, hang the outside Christmas lights and (not sure if he’ll actually do it) prepare some freezer meals!

Ooh sandj82110 I saw reviews for the book it sounded good, but I never got around to reading it. I'll have to see if I can get it from the library.

haha I have an Android and my H has an iPhone for work so he was complaining and I was like what are you talking about? Then I saw some jokes about it online and was like, whoops valid complaint.

I was talking to a mom from Daniel class at swimming last night and she said that one of the other moms took her kid to the doctor that day and the doctor said that of the 22 patients he had seen so far yesterday, 20 tested positive for the flu. It seems we've got ourselves a little epidemic here, I'm glad we're on the other side of it and not just sitting back waiting for it to hit.

miraculously no one else got it! I had a cold, but definitely nothing more than a basic cold. I gave him Advil before bed on Saturday evening and he woke the next day just under 100, but a couple hours after that he was normal and has been ever since. He went back to school on Monday. Thank god! 😂

Well we went to the mall today and it was Santa's first day, and they were doing free photos. Well H did not like Santa lol. Glad I didn't pay for it.

I'm pretty sure H is going to outgrow A in a few years. He's only 6'' shorter than her now, but is over 3 years younger. A hasn't grown since April and he's grown 3'' since then.
