What would you have them do, right at this moment?
1) Figure out my calphalon lifetime warranty and put it into action-box up my big pan and get an exchange. 2) Find my best Disney pictures and frame them. That means find the frames and hang them too. 3) same for our recent family photo session. We got the pictures back last week and I'd love to have them displayed by the holidays. 4) refill all empty soap dispensers.
All my Christmas shopping and wrapping. Any random errands. Clean and vacuum my basement. Do dishes (again) Drop kids off and pick them up this week. Make dinner and clean up all week. Scoop kitty litter.

That is a full time personal assistant!
Hey.....that's even more validation for working moms.
The Christmas season. My goal is to delegate more to DH and not take too much of this on this year. I become a crazy person in tears every December. It shouldn't be that way!
I delegated gifts to H for his family for years. One year he just didn't but then I was so pissed because they do so much for us, and he was being selfish. So I felt I had to take that over.
So I delegated Christmas cards to him. He was super gung ho for a few years and then stopped doing it. I never took that one back, but that is easy compared to all the thinking about gifts, buying them and wrapping them. Oh he'll wrap if I ask him it will be at 2 am on Christmas Eve and he'll demand I help. I'd rather sleep so I do that too.
I know that's not really a personal assistant job but that's what I want done.
Oh and sit DH down and slowly walk him through the calendar between now and Christmas, including ordering times, delivery times, and times to ship things back out. Explain until he understands that we actually do need to discuss Christmas lists now.
Making a hair cut appointment for me. Researching pediatric dentists and making an appointment for DS. Inventory kids winter gear and buy needed items. Organize digital photos and order a bunch of prints. Exchange a dress I ordered online that I’ve been meaning to get in a different size. Take a bunch of stuff to Goodwill.

I would also like one to go through my closet and tell me what to just finally get rid of. I feel like I do a pretty good job but I need to purge more.
Organize the playroom, including getting rid of all the baby-ish toys I’m too sentimental to part with.
Trust me, this will take 5 hours. But if they have more time, go through my inbox and throw away all the crap DH never needed to keep for me. Like stuff that’s supposed to be calendared and duplicates of every single announcement since we have 2 kids in the same school.

1. Clean out (toss expired food) and organize fridge and pantry. Also wipe/clean fridge shelves and drawers. 2. Organize toy room. Post some toys on local FB yard sale site and donate others. 3. Organize pictures. Print pictures from our family trips from the last two years. 4. Find a few painters to give us quotes for painting most of the main floor. 5. Clean all the hardwood doors and trim with Murphy's Oil.
Since I won't actually be hiring a personal assistant, it looks like I just made my list of things to do on my days off around Christmas and New Year's! (Minus maybe #5. I might hire a cleaning company to do a one-time clean with that included.)
Oh I forgot, take DS to PT and OT and his audiology appointment and the foot doctor (for orthotics). Do you think H will go for a personal assistant for me? I clearly need one.
Oh and I tried Taskrabbit, and they sucked. Someone picked up the task that didn't want to do it, tried to negotiate different terms and then cancelled when I said no. So why did you pick up a task you didn't want to do and prevent someone else who wanted to do it from picking it up?

1. Drive me places, drop me off right in front, put my shit in the back. 2. Hand me a fresh, hot coffee every 15 minutes which I will inevitably take one drink of. 3. Clean everything. 4. Go get decorations for DS's bday party that are "yucky." We're doing a Grossery Gang theme this year. 5. Get an estimate for the damage to our van. 6. Take the tint that just got ripped out of our van to a tint place to find out whether it should have ever been ripped out at all! 7. Paint my garage. 8. Take down the Halloween decorations and put up a bunch of Christmas lights outside. 9. Crunch the numbers to see if we could swing a switch in DC that followed school breaks instead of our current FT DC. 10. Rub my back, rub my feet. 11. Dress me. 12. Wipe my kids' buns. Administer medication. 13. Have all of the conversations with the H. 14-1,000,011. [Reserved]

-Organize all photos, design and print an album -Weed though incoming hand-me-downs, categorize/box/donate outgoing -Clean all ceiling fans -Replenish my cold-weather workout wardrobe
1. Rearrange & deep clean the living room so that I can decorate for Christmas
This will take a good 5 hours so that is all.
If I had 5 hours per day -File all the papers! -Sort and Organize my craft supplies so I can just grab what I want when I want to do a project instead of spending all my free time finding what I need -

I wish I lived near all of you that hate christmas shopping and wrapping presents. I would 100% let you pay me to do that for you and not even charge that much. I love it!
