1. I have been doing terribly. My morning sickness is so bad right now I am having a hard time getting out of bed. I also think I might be having a little depression. I am not sure if it is the yucky feeling or something more. I have no motivation to do anything or go anywhere, but I am also throwing up 10 times a day (and that is not an exaggeration)
2. My goal is to start working out again. I think if I start I might be able to help with any depression I might be having. If that doesn't work I will bring it up to my doctor next time. He did prescribe me some nausea meds I need to pick them up.
3. Find foods I can keep down- so far Italian Ice.

Bonus: Our rolls. Also, I love now that we are all adults we all drink mimosas, and I get to see my grandmother and her brother tipsy. It is fantastic.

xctsclrx, don't even apologize! I hope you find your way out of that yucky feeling really soon.
1 Last week was great. Today will mark my 7th consecutive day of CF workouts. Haven't done that in FOREVER. Tomorrow will be a well-deserved rest day!
2. Going for 3 weekday and 1 weekend workouts.
3. We planned meals for the week, so I'm hoping to stick to them, and have responsible serving sizes.
4. NSV - can't think of one
Fav tradition? pre-thanksgiving dinner with MIL who brings elementary school turkey meal over to our house (she work in the cafeteria), and we eat in the dining room on China and have fancy wine!

1. Food was great last week! I wasn't able to fit in any workouts though. I still managed to lose 3 lbs. All water weight I'm sure but whatever! 2. The beginner crossfit class had someone drop so I start TONIGHT! I'm nervous and excited! 3. Continue 21 day fix eating. DH is guilting me into a whole30 after the holidays though I think. 4. I was very conscious of what I ate all weekend and I don't feel like a busted can of biscuits today. Bonus: the wine bar at FILs.

2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? 2 workouts this week - probably BodyPump and P90X
3. What are your food goals for the week? Try not to eat all the chocolate still in the house.
4. Any non-scale victories? I am starting to dig P90X. Other than wanting to die during the first 20 minutes (which is hardcore cardio), I do enjoy it.
Bonus :Favorite Thanksgiving Food or Tradition. We always have deep fried turkey at my parent's for Thanksgiving. It is always so good that there are barely any leftovers. You might catch me 'helping' to carve the turkey by sampling it as my brother cuts it.
1. Food pretty good, work outs nothing between the rain and dark and trying super hard not to get DH's cold it was just a curl up on the couch with a blanket week. 2. Don't know I need to figure out something but the dark before 5 is killing my motivation 3. Not to eat all the Halloween candy that is still on the counter 4. no
Bonus: Stuffing, I love my mom's homemade stuff that is jammed into the turkey. I could careless about eating turkey or anything else for dinner.

xctsclrx, I hope you get some relief from the sickness soon. Please tell me to shut up if this has been suggested to you 100 times, but have you asked your dr about some zofran or something?
1. How did last week go? Really great. We went out to eat twice on the weekend and I ate pretty well both times.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? I lifted twice and ran once. I skipped a long run to rest my shins. Tonight I'm aiming for 4 miles and then rest till Saturdays Half Marathon.
3. What are your food goals for the week?Stay on Cut 2 of the RP plan, no alcohol then enjoy myself till Saturday.
4. Any non-scale victories? I lost another pound and go PT to the next...."decade"....whatever you would call that. Have not seen these numbers since I was pumping full time.

3. What are your food goals for the week? Stick to the whole30 plan
4. Any non-scale victories? I'm on day 29 of whole30!!! I think I may extend it till Thanksgiving. I'm feeling great and have a lot of energy and don't want to mess that up.
Bonus :Favorite Thanksgiving Food or Tradition. My favorite things are green bean casserole and butter nut squash with apples and pecans. So good!

kimberlybb that's awesome you stayed compliant while traveling. That's sooo difficult. DH is guilting me into doing one soon because he said it's the best he has ever felt. I'm trying to figure out how to balance that with 21 day fix for me since I like being able to eat some cheese and bread.
