One of the Sephora Favorites sets. The big makeup one has a bunch of popular items in it this year. The smaller lip sets are nice too. I think there's both a nudes and a reds option this year.

I could see a teenager being into the Bite Beauty Prismatic lip gloss. I have one and it's very shimmery and the color shifts. It's fun but not in a cheesy way. And I don't have it but lots of people like the Fenty lip gloss.

Benefit Dandelion is a great blush for a young person.

I'd also look at Becca blushes. They are on the more expensive end so probably not something she'd buy for herself. I have a couple and they are super pretty.
