Pillsbury Pet-Ritz pie crusts are so good, but there are a few tricks to successfully using them:
1. You need to thaw it completely at room temperature before you use it, which takes about an hour.
2. Poke the inside of the bottom and sides of the crust with a fork. Don't worry, your filling will not leak out. It's fine if it pierces all the way through.
3. Blind bake your crust. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool while you prepare the filling.
4. Continue on with whatever recipe you are using.
