C is getting Magformers and other magnetic tiles from us, plus books and other small items. Santa is bringing a Doc McStuffins vet carrier set plus her stocking.
H and I decided to just do stockings for each other this year.
I need to gert a 6 at. saucepan for my mom. Anyone know of any deals?
christy082 that store is so cute! A good add on to a play kitchen.
Not much I still need to buy, but I'm really hoping one specific tree goes on sale at home Depot. I missed on on sale last year and it's $300 which is a lot since I got another one at Michael's for $130.
My sister wanted the limited edition elephant Tom's and they're totally sold out she is going to be so bummed.

I have no idea what I'm going to get for DH, he is impossible to buy for. What types of things are you getting your Hs? I might have a small gift or 2 but I don't have something bigger ($50-$75)

I have to buy for: E My mom My dad My sister General gift for anyone (we stopped drawing names on my mom's side in favor of a game. It was getting hard to keep track of who couldn't draw who) DD (I suppose we should get her something? Lol) DC teachers (small, probably gift cards)
H is in charge of his parents and brother. I'll go in on a gift for grandparents. Might need something small for H's cousin's kids since they got E something one year and we hadn't gotten their son something since they don't seem to have "rules" about gift giving.
H and I are deciding if we want to buy something bigger as a gift to ourselves and not do smaller gifts, or buy the smaller stuff. Bigger gift would likely be something along the lines of an instant pot, maybe a robot vacuum if we can find a good deal. Something for the house or something we've been wanting!
We are shopping for way too many flipping people. Each other and DS, a foster child (angel tree for kids in foster care), four parents, eight siblings/siblings-in-law (I am hoping to persuade adults into a grab bag to cut this number in half), and three nieces and nephews. Plus our daycare provider and assistant, WC Secret Santa and my direct report at work.
DS, the foster child and my secret Santa are the three I am looking forward to buying.
As far as deals, I bought my mom a $199 KitchenAid professional stand mixer (normally $450+!) as a thank-you for watching DS so much for us. For Jack, I did the 25% off toys at Target and stocked up.
I am hoping to find more toy deals on Black Friday for the nieces and nephews.
I bought DD a toy from costco for $20, that's all we are doing this year for her, as we know everyone else will spoil her. (We did buy a separate birthday present.)
All the rest of the shopping except my mil and fil. No ideas on what to get them yet.
We got to cut down on our list this year. We aren't doing adult exchange with DH's side. This is the first year and I'm not sure it will stick but I really hope it does.
Nieces - fingerlings and leggings for each
My grandma My mom My brother
I will make shutterfly albums of C's first year. I did that for Gwen and it was already requested by the moms. I want to get some sort of something that records voices. Like a stuffed bear that I can record G singing to give my grandma. Any suggestions?
DH and I haven't talked gifts yet. I'm hoping he will be okay if we buy something for the house this year. I think we would both rather buy our own things since it's getting harder to shop for each other. He wants games or tools and I want clothes or kitchen stuff. Just easier to pick our own. We'll see.
G and C I'm getting them a kitchen as joint Santa gift. Still deciding which one. I want to go smaller this year since they will receive plenty from family. I'm doing 2-3 gifts each plus stockings.
G Play food you can cut Little people Christmas train
C Play food set Waffle blocks
Still looking for possible last gifts for them. Any specific suggestions for a 1 year old? It's harder since we have so much already. Maybe a little people set. She loves them and we don't have much.

bk1- L got the miniland stacking cups for his birthday. Both boys LOVE them...by far the best toy he got and has kept them both happily entertained and playing together. I found them on Amazon for $19.99 (we bought them for a friend’s son who is 4 months older than L).

bk1 there's a cute Santa train Little People set. Also, if you have any local Facebook kids sale groups, I have found many nice Little People sets cheap through those.
ETA: oof, reading fail. I see you got the train already!
The Little People helicopter was a huge hit for my daughter at that age and she still plays with it. I recently gave it as a 1st birthday gift and it was a hit.

I'll look out for the helicopter! Thanks. I bought the train earlier today online from Kohl's.
We are not exchanging with H's family this year. Cuts the shopping and spending down dramatically. My siblings are also not exchanging, we're just buying for the littles this year on my side.
A is getting: hair bows, a memorial grandpa teddy bear, and a book (only need to buy the book this weekend and she's done.) My parents (going in on dinner out the Saturday after Xmas, but need something small for them) 2 year old nephew 1 year old niece
I'm shopping for kitchen stuff today, but not having much luck. I did find a good deal on a compound miter saw for H, though, which he'll need for the remodel. I've run into a bunch of sales on things I want, but I've been able to talk myself out of all of them so far. Haha.

I actually did really well this year, which is good since we're on a spending freeze thanks to our remodel. We ended up getting a good amount of stuff for the house, though. We found deals on a compound miter saw, tile for the kitchen, paint samples, storage containers and baskets, and some other miscellaneous things we've had on our list.
