1. Last week was okay. I did great food wise. Working out didn't really happen. It wasn't raining last Friday or Saturday so I spent a lot of time outside doing yard work and x-mas light stuff.
2. I'm hoping to take advantage of the long weekend and not having anything going on to do some at home work outs and if the rain stops going for a long walk.
3. Portion controls over the holidays. I need to not heap my plates like my siblings who only eat once a day while DD and I need to still eat all day.
4. My new size 4 pants are starting to fall down. Guess all my food watching is paying off
Bonus: I've lurked on Married Life and Special Needs but haven't posted.

1. Last week I drank the crossfit kool-aid and I'm in freaking love. I hope the feeling stays! My eating was okay. I had a couple of cheat meals over the weekend, but I didn't feel bloated or anything on Monday so its a win. 2. I had class last night and will again tonight. I'm hoping to get in there on Friday morning before we go camping since I can't make the Thanksgiving morning workout. 3. Not over eat a whole lot. We have 4 Thanksgivings and Friendsgiving while camping so it's going to be hard to eat healthy, so I'm going to focus on not feeling miserable. 4. Not really yet. I'll get there! Bonus: I've lurked Married Life a little bit and the Disney board.
1. How did last week go? Great. I stuck with RP more days than not. Until Saturday!
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? I was sore so Sunday and Monday I rested. Today I lifted. Wed I'll try to run 2-3 miles easy. Turkey Trot 5K Thursday. Haven't figured out the weekend but I'm off on Friday.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Finish RP Cut on Wednesday night, take After Pics Thursday am!
4. Any non-scale victories? I PR'd my Half Marathon in Saturday. I was aiming for under 2:11 and I ran 2:08!! Renaissance Periodization had a lot to do with it.
Bonus: Have any of you ventured out into the rest of GBCN? Health and Fitness and I might have posted a little in ML.
1. How did last week go? Good! I met with my nutritionist yesterday and I'm down 2 lbs overall but my fat went is down 4 lbs and lean muscle is up!
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Unfortunately I have a bad cold right now. Yesterday I was convinced it was the flu and I got it from DS, but I took him to the doctor and he doesn't have it. I took a rest day yesterday and am taking one today. Hopefully I'll feel better enough to run a 10K tomorrow and then do my workouts as normal for the rest of the week.
3. What are your food goals for the week? We're buying our thanksgiving dinner so I hope not to over indulge on the day since it's not a lot of homemade stuff. But the big thing is, making it thanksgiving DAY and not thanksgiving WEEK. Which is hard b/c my pastry-chef-in-training niece made pies and they are REALLY good.
4. Any non-scale victories?
I had my longest swim in a lake this past weekend wearing a wetsuit! That was a fun challenge
Bonus: Have any of you ventured out into the rest of GBCN? I've posted once or twice on ML
judyblume14, how do you do your handstand pushups? DD wants to try them but she can't hold a handstand for more than a couple seconds before needing to come down. I see the optional girls (level7-10) do them but then they can hold a handstand forever and do alternating one arm handstand pushups.

They are NOT freestanding. They are against a wall. Like this: youtu.be/COcfdJ9N7sA

1. How did last week go? Last week went pretty well. I finished my whole30 and got in 5 work outs.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Three runs and three strength training/HIT workouts
3. What are your food goals for the week? To not eat all the things over Thanksgiving
4. Any non-scale victories? My clothes are definitely fitting better than they were a month ago
Bonus: Have any of you ventured out into the rest of GBCN? I lurk on health and fitness but don’t post since they seem really hard core. I also lurk on the current events board.
judyblume14, Actually they hold and practice handstands against a cheese mat propped up against a wall so similar to the video clip without the bending knees and putting your head on the ground. I've seen it where the coach or teammate holds the ankles and they do them that way. Headstands are a no-no as it puts too much pressure on your neck.
You might like what they call Spider-Man. Its a beginner handstand so put your hands about a foot from the wall and then walk your legs up the wall once you are vertical you can walk your hands in. You could practice at home with your LO.

@186mom, I meant that I don't think your daughter should kip/use power from her hips to do the push up. If she does them against the wall, they should be strict (and assisted, of course!)
We call the spider things "wall walks" and I hate them. For some reason, I'm fine with handstands (free for a couple seconds, or against a wall). But wall walking makes me crazy dizzy!

I thought the same until itsme told me how supportive they are. It's true! I'm really glad that I participate there now.

Oh yea, everyone there is at different levels of fitness. That board actually helped me broaden my fitness activities and try out new things.
