1. Oh god no. 2. It's a toss-up between the green beans and the birthday cake. 3. Leftovers don't happen. We pack up all the food and send it off with everyone else. Things are better that way.
1. Nope nope nope. 2. Tie between stuffing and the apple bundt cake I made on a whim. 3. Broccoli rice casserole. Though that apple cake made an excellent breakfast/coffee cake this morning. It’s staying on the perma-rotation. DH already suggested it for Christmas.

1. No, you can't pay me enough to go shopping today. My area explodes with people because half of British Columbia floods it for black Friday. Working in retail 13 years ago was enough black Friday for a lifetime.
2. Stuffing drowned in gravy was the best thing I ate yesterday.
3. Turkey is my favorite leftover. Nothing beats a good turkey sandwich.
1. Yes but to the local Bi-Mart to buy DH jeans that are 1/2 priced. DD and I will walk over at some point today. It's already 10 and we are still in Pjs.
2. Dessert. I wasn't feeling great by dinner so hardly ate. Thanks mini migraine.
3. No leftovers as my siblings took most of it. Plus DD doesn't like turkey...

1. Yes. H’s eye doctor located at the mall scheduled his follow-up today. Gee thanks. While we are there anyway i want to stop off at a few places. H went last night to Best Buy and Target.
2. Best food- sweet potatoes with pecans and brown sugar on top.
1. No. We did our shopping online wed night and thanksgiving morning. I try to avoid the stores as much as possible from thanksgiving thru new years. 2. Stuffing. There were 2 versions (cornbread and sausage) and I liked the cornbread version best. I made sure to pile on the stuffing I liked in my take home box. 3. I haven't eaten any leftovers yet but it will be that stuffing. 😉
1. I online shopped this morning and did go to the stores after lunch. We walked, had a nice lunch and shopped. Target wasn't bad, Hobby Lobby was an experience, which I don't understand because it was their regular sale.
2. My apple pie was on point this year.
3. No to leftovers. We will eat the same meal Christmas. Pizza tonight.

1. Nope! Though this was the first year I was tempted. Maybe years of retail has finally worn off. Probably it was that H is still sick as a dog so I didn’t have the option.
2. My ribs came out great. We failed thanksgiving due to illness this year.
1. Are you shopping today in a brick and mortar store? If so, willingly or under coercion? I left my kids with family for 30 minutes to run out and get DH a camping chair with his football team on it. I left with 2 winter running pants for myself...
2. Best thing you ate yesterday? Sauerkraut- I just love it. Used to hate it, but I think over the years the smell was associated with happiness and my grandmother. Now that she is gone I savor it!
We went to kohls because I had kohls cash but it turns out it hadn't started yet. So I had to spend real money. I got DD a hat and gloves because she lost hers (to get immediately) and the My Little Pony set (for Christmas). So I got some good deals but it sucks I couldn't use the Kohls cash yet. I really am a terrible couponer I guess.
The green bean cassorole and stuffing were my favorite. Blueberry muffins are my favorite leftover.
1. Are you shopping today in a brick and mortar store? If so, willingly or under coercion? Online shopping. My in-laws live in the middle of nowhere so brick and mortars stores aren’t really an option
2. Best thing you ate yesterday? Apple pie
3. Favorite leftover? Cold turkey for sandwiches or squash casserole
1. I did. We went out at 4 AM. Had on matching t-shirts. Shopped until around 5 PM. Am I truly the only crazy one on this board that went out for the day?! It was fun! And my entire list is done in one day. 2. Cornbread - I have found the perfect gluten free box mix. The entire family devoured it. It seriously tastes like cake. 3. Turkey for sandwiches!
twinmomma, I've done it in the past. It can be pretty fun especially if you have a group to go and take turns standing in line. I've even taken DD with me and it has been okay. Now it needs to be a really awesome must have steal for me to go out. It didn't help that DD and I both felt yuck.

1. Kind of? Mom, sister, and I always ditch the kids and go out shopping at the gift/boutique-type stores. They're never busy on Black Friday. I refuse to do any Black Friday shopping though, unless it's online.
