1. How did last week go? Since I had some days off, I was able to squeeze in 3 workouts for the week, which made me feel less guilty for eating way too much at 2 Thanksgiving dinners.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? 1 BodyPump class and 1 P90X class
3. What are your food goals for the week? Get back on the straight and narrow for eating. Holidays are hard for food, but oh so delicious!
4. Any non-scale victories? Eating 2 big Thanksgiving meals did not affect my weight!
Bonus: Christmas Time! Have you guys decorated yet and if so how much? We decorated inside the house on Sunday, including putting up the tree, otherwise it wouldn't get done. DH is in charge of outside, but we don't do much - maybe a lighted garland around the front door.

1. Fine and dandy until Wednesday since that is when Thanksgiving started. I couldn't make it to crossfit Weds-Sat so I just got the 2 classes in. I did a lot of walking at the campground and getting ready for camping so it wasn't a total loss. 2. 3 CF classes and I need to try to fit something in over the weekend. 3. Just get through the week. It's busy and I don't have time to go to the grocery for a full blown trip. I'm trying to eat our way through the freezer and cabinets right now and I'll go to the store in a little bit to get some fruit and veggies. 4. I hit my step goal 3 days in a row and I didn't overeat at Thanksgiving. I just had 5 Thanksgivings so I ate poorly for 3 days. Bonus: We got our tree yesterday and will decorate it on Friday after our town Christmas parade. I got DS's tree out this morning after he had a rough night so he could decorate it.

I haven't participated in this yet, but I somehow have managed to put on 10 pounds in the last couple of months so I'm jumping in.
1. Not good. TG dinner doesn't kill me, it's the snacking and drinking surrounding it. 2. Either CF or running every day. 3. No eating out this week! 4. No.
Bonus: I'm done decorating with the exception of the tree and my cedar swag for my staircase (both of which we'll get this weekend).

1. How did last week go? Not bad actually. I really didn't over indulge too much in food and I got my workouts in.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Finish up my last 2 weeks of training before my last triathlon of the season.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Stick to the nutritionist plan at least 80%
4. Any non-scale victories? 3300 yard swim on Monday. One of my longest yet.
Bonus: Christmas Time! Have you guys decorated yet and if so how much? So far just the tree. This weekend is going to be outside lights, I hope. That's really on DH so it depends on him, really.
1. How did last week go? Okay. Got in 2 good walks and hardly ate thanks to a giant migraine type headache
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Walk at least twice and maybe a yoga workout
3. What are your food goals for the week? Stick to my meal plan and to not eat out
4. Any non-scale victories? This is a scale victory but I lost 2lbs over the TG weekend
Bonus: Christmas Time! Have you guys decorated yet and if so how much? Yes, the tree is up and decorate. I've been slowly putting up the outdoor lights when the weather has been nice. I just need to figure out how to get everything plugged in as I put the house lights up backwards so everything is messed up plug wise. I also need to do my Christmas town village inside yet.
If somebody gives me step by step directions, I'll post before and afters of my RP plan results. I dont use the app. Also I'm basically an old person so break it down....
PDQ pics Started Sept 5, ended Turkey Day. 12.2 lbs lost Renaissance Periodization And The New Rules of Lifting for Women twice a week. Running a couple times a week, too. Lots of PR's, I cut 3 minutes off my half marathon PR and cut 3 minutes off my 5k PR from 2010!
Awesome job campermom !! judyblume14 We did Fran last night. My arms are dead. Completely dead.
You are recording your workouts, right? I mean, maybe not every single one, but your should definitely be recording your times/scores for all benchmark WODs, the "girls," and all of your max lifts. I always jsut used a notebook, but recently got the app called "mywod" which is super easy to navigate and search. You can take notes in there too.
For example, I can easily go in and see that my last Fran time was 5:51, that I scaled it to 35# thrusters, and used a blue band for my pullups. I also took the note that I didn't quite die, so nexxt time, I want to challenge myself to do it at 45#, and stay under 7m

1. Last week was good. Got in 4 CF workouts and didn't go too wild on turkey day. 2. 4weekday CF, one weekend CF. Do a much better job of stretching/mobilizing. I've been lazy with that and I'm feeling it. 3. Start tracking my food. My portion control is a mess. 4. ?
Decorating - our tree is done, and inside decorations are done. I think DH is putting on the outside lights tonight.
Workouts have not been an issue. Food was the issue but I let loose and enjoyed.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type?
CrossFit 4x Run 2x
3. What are your food goals for the week?
Eat perfectly and on plan which has gone well since Sunday.
4. Any non-scale victories?
Just that I made the decision to stop snacking. Meal prep is never an issue and I do it weekly but the snacking over the last few months has gotten out of hand and I've put on enough weight to notice my pants are tight and some barely or do not fit.
Bonus: Christmas Time! Have you guys decorated yet and if so how much?

She told us last night to start writing them down since that was a benchmark. I just wrote down the time but didn't think of adding weights or other notes. I think I have a spare notebook laying around that I can throw in the bag I take.
1. last week I starting walking. Not a lot because I am sick all the time, but it has really helped with the blah feeling.
2. um I am taking it easy until the morning sickness has gotten better. I am on meds that have done nothing so right now my focus is hydration
3. see above. I can't wait until eating is a thing again.
4. eh not really.
Bonus: Tree and stockings are up. We don't do anything else because my DH is lame.
I hope the sickness eases up soon. Was it like this with your son? And you can totally do more for Christmas if you want even if your H is lame. Get a couple inflatables to put outside.

campermom , wow!! You look great!! traveltheworld , I love 21 day fix and the 21 day fix extreme!
1.How did last week go? Last week actually went pretty well. I was able to work out every day while we were out of town. I didn’t end up overeating on Thanksgiving because a lot of the side dishes had dairy in them so I couldn’t have much. 2.What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Three runs and three strength training/HIT work outs 3.What are your food goals for the week? No processed food and drink at least 64 oz of water daily 4.Any non-scale victories? Not this week Bonus: Christmas Time! Have you guys decorated yet and if so how much? Yes! We have two large trees and assorted decorations throughout our main floor. DH puts up lights and garland outside.
xctsclrx, I hope the morning sickness goes away soon so you feel more like you. I had it bad and for most of the 9 months but I lost a lot of weight that I didn't need to loose while I was pregnant. My key was finding which foods my body would tolerate an then only eat them. Those were veggies for me which is probably why DD loves them now.
Also decorate the outside yourself if you want to. I do 99% of the decorating and just pick up stuff on clearance afterwards for the next year. I don't like the blow ups with our weather but have some deer and light up candy path lights that are simple and easy. I've also taken to putting lights around the yard as it doesn't require me to use the ladder.
