I'm in the middle of The Handmaid's Tale and some chick lit book by Kristan Higgins.

I also started WH this week for our discussion. I picked up The Bell Jar again, too. It is a reread.

i am finishing kitchen confidential by anthony bourdain. i love him.

I'm reading A Company of Swans and Wuthering Hieghts for myself.

DH and I have story time on Saturday nights and I'm reading Waiting for Gertrude and DH is reading The Restaurant at the End of the Universe.

I am enjoying all of them, though I'm only on page 7 of Wuthering Heights, so I shouldn't comment on it just yet.

I'm re-reading The Fellowship of the Ring and trying to decide what else to start. My top choices right now are

To Kill a Mockingbird (also a re-read, but it's been since high school so I don't remember it at all)
People of the Book by Geraldine Brooks
She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb
whatever the fourth book of Stephen King's The Dark Tower series is called

I'm reading Saving CeeCee Honeycut, about a 1/4 of the way in and liking it so far. We're going out of town this weekend and I should have lots of time to read, so hoping to finish this one and start Looking for Alaska next week.

I'm reading 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami. It's pretty good so far; I'm not absolutely loving it, but I'm not hating it either. I'm interested to see where the storyline goes.

I've also started reading Wuthering Heights for the discussion here. I'm only on Chapter 2 so I don't have an opinion on it yet.
