Help with blazer for short, heavy-set woman

Have you tried a belted sweater/cardigan? What about purchasing a petite blazer in a larger size to accommodate your bust and getting it tailored to fit at the waist?

You have to keep trying on styles. There are so many cuts and I'm sure you can find one that is flattering. I would try LOFT if you haven't yet. They have some good styles that are flattering for all shapes. Banana Republic also has some good styles that are shorter in length and modern looking. I also have a few Calvin Klein blazers from Macy's that are good.

I am curvy also and my normal size is 12 but sometimes I go with 14 in a blazer for the boobs. You will want to check petite first due to sleeve length. Remember you can spend $20 on alterations to bring sleeve up if that's the only issue.
