Bored with my current favorites - what are your favorite afternoon snacks? I try to eat something 200 calories or less with 50-60 percent carbs, 12-25 percent protein and not super high sugar. I don’t always but that but as long as I do most days I feel well/satisfied and don’t gain weight.

My go tos are:
String cheese and almonds with crackers
Rice cakes and PB2
Rice cakes and cream cheese with a handful of pecans
Core Power Dark Chocolate Bars
Good Thins corn crackers and a packet of tuna

I don’t get hungry in the afternoon, but I do around 10:00 in the morning. I eat peanut butter crackers and a piece of fruit or pb monster mix from Target with fruit. Not as healthy as what you do, but I can keep crackers and trail mix in my desk and only have to transport fruit.

I do Almond nut thin crackers with a wedge of soft Laughing cow cheese, sometimes carrot sticks too.
Also into Kind Healthy Grains bars. I crave sweets in the afternoon so those help with that.
Otherwise, I just eat grapes or something easy.

I love apple slices with peanut butter or cheese. Also red pepper slices and hummus.

An apple and some cashew butter is my current favorite. I don't know what the carb/protetin break down is but I also really like RX bars. They are really healthy and around 200 calories.

Greek yogurt and an apple on the side, and cottage cheese and blueberries are my go to's.

I need to try some of these! ESP Rx bars and I always forget about cottage cheese and I looooove it.
