Did anyone manage to get one?

I decided to splurge (especially since Hoth itself was filmed here in Norway), so I set my alarm and dragged myself out of bed. I managed to add one to my cart, but I couldn't get through the checkout process fast enough.

I figured it was fate's way of keeping me financially responsible, but since I got as far as the cart process, I ended up with an automated email a few hours later saying "Did you forget something?" Sad. I can't believe they let people buy FIVE per customer when there were less than 2000 made of each design.

I guess this confirms my suspicion that the jacket itself was nowhere near $400 quality. They seemed to assume that only truly crazy people would spend that much on it.

We just saw these today; DH doesn't want one of these, but rather the lighter jacket Solo wears during Empire.

Have you seen one in person? I'm still curious about the quality, in case the ebay scalpers come back down to the original price tag. Thankfully, most of them have already dropped a lot from the $1000 they were asking that morning, and there's one that's already down to $450.
