Meh. Probably not.

H and I are going to see my favorite band in concert on Wednesday night. This will be my third time seeing them live, and I'm super excited.

4. I'm running out of ice breaker questions to ask... Are you planning to see the new Star Wars movie this weekend?
Hopefully. H and I are both off work on Friday, so we've talked about trying to go to the early matinee to avoid the crowds.

3. I bought myself an instant pot and I’m loving it. I’ve gone from eating out almost every meal to making most of what I eat by scratch. It’s been fun to focus my energy on something new.

1. I kept posting that we were TTC #1 Cycle 0 or 1 and were about to start, but those plans have been put on hold for a few more months. I may stick around and keep posting Cycle 0 so I can learn from you ladies (is that OK?)? Or, I may take a break and come back in the Spring when we actually start TCC? 🤷🏼‍♀️

2. I’m still temping and now I’m debating whether or not to finish this FW with OPKs for science and understanding purposes. (I’m on CD 14 today).

3. See above. We thought we were ready to TCC this month but are holding off for a few more months. I’m a little sad.

4. I’ve never seen the first Star Wars movie and do not have plans to see this one either.

Guys!!! I just got a preconception appointment with the maternal fetal medicine group. 45 min - hour with a specialist depending on my questions. I totally thought they’d turn me away until I got a BFP. But I guess since my GI put the rec in his note (due to my Crohn’s and a med I’m on) they’ll take me.

It’s next month. I mainly want to discuss my previous emergency surgery and see if it makes sense to do an HSG to check for scarring. Even if the answer is no, I’m happy to talk to someone who works with IBD patients post surgery. My regular gyn didn’t listen to me at all, even though my GI recommended I ask her about an HSG. She shot me down and told me it’s “way too soon for a full fertility work up” - not at all what I asked about.

1.  TTC #2, cycle 1, 12 DPO.

2. I’ll probably test again tomorrow, but BFN yesterday and some early spotting today (normal for my period), so I’m pretty sure it will be negative. Can’t wait for cycle 2!

3. 2017 has been a really crappy year. I’m hoping 2017 will be better. I’m not sure when I’ll O this month but maybe it will be better if we conceive next year and just put this crappy year behind us. Both our families are very superstitious and it is rubbing off on me. 

4. No, I’m a huge original Star Wars fan and I’m not a huge fan of the new movies. We will see it eventually after the craziness dies down. I am kind of excited to see Luke again, but i doubt the movie will live up to my expectations. On a side note, I’m a huge Mrvel fan and if you haven’t seen the new Thor movie, i *highly* recommend it! I haven’t laughed so hard in a long time and there is some really nice eye candy in that movie. 😜

MrsE, sorry to hear about the change of plans. We’ve been on that rollercoaster this year too. I temped and tested for a few months before TTC #1 and I found it really nice to learn before the added pressure of actually TTC. Especially since my temps were a little funky so I had a few cycles to figure it out. I’ve also been lurking on the board a few months since we weren’t quite TTC yet but it has been on my mind since August. I don’t think anyone minds! (Hi, I’m not a stalker I swear!)

3. Non-BFP AWs/vents/randoms? This Xmas season has been so blah for me. I usually love the season, but I can't get into it

4. I'm running out of ice breaker questions to ask... Are you planning to see the new Star Wars movie this weekend? Thursday at 8! My husband is waaaaay into it, and I like it enough. I'm more excited for sushi.

If AF doesn't show this weekend, then yes. But I'm expecting CD1 any day now.

3. Non-BFP AWs/vents/randoms?
Had a follow-up with my doc yesterday about my ultrasound results showing the cyst on my left ovary. It's gotten bigger and still causing a ton of pain. I'll have to have an MRI done sometime soon so they can get a better look at it and determine next steps. Doc suspects that it is an endometrioma.

We're planning on seeing it on Christmas eve. It's turned into a tradition with me and my cousins to see the latest Star Wars movie on Christmas eve.
