My RE had us test on OPKs using second morning urine with a 3-4 hour hold. So yeah I always did it in the morning at work. Very exciting trying to make that not awkward. I'm sorry for CD1.

LH peaks in late morning. I know you’re not supposed to use FMU but I do, because it’s the only thing that’s feasible for me (healthcare- bathroom breaks are hard to come by). In 3 cycles using OPKs I’ve always gotten a positive on the digitals.

I'm using Wondfos and last month I tested in the morning and late afternoon, around 4:30 PM when I got home from work. I got a very strong positive in the late afternoon. I'm not sure how I would manage testing at work! In previous months I tested with FMU only and I never got a strong positive.
