Who is working today?

I am only in so I can finish my continuing legal education credits for the year. I’m probably going to leave around lunch. There are like 5 people on the entire floor.

Me. And I'm so bitter about it. It's snowing quite a bit today. DH has a snow day. My kids' superintendent is refusing to cave to pressure and forced school, even though it's supposed to snow all day and every other district in surrounding towns closed. And my office is showing no signs of any weather related early release or anything.

Me. I am the only one in the office. Boss is working from home. No half day for me. I don't work my second job tonight though so it feels like a half day. LOL

This is also the first year I haven't gotten a bonus. New job and all that but I thought they would have done something. OH well.


ETA:  Edited to add that I just got a call from the job I interviewed for a 2nd interview.  This is technically with the same company I work for but a seperate division.  It would pay more and I would keep all my benefits.  FX I get this job

I am, last day and then I'm off until January 11th. DS is at daycare and DD at school. 3/4 of my team is here, minus my boss. I have a few things to get done but shouldn't take me too long.

Not doing any real work though - just browsing the internet. Will leave before lunch.

I got to the office around 7:30. Was literally the ONLY person on my floor. So, I left at 9, hit the gym, and am working from home for a few more minutes. We have a half-day today.

I'm working-ish. I'm at home and between projects so I'm mostly just checking in occasionally in case someone messages me. Last day of work until the 2nd. Woot!

Teleworking. And today has been a day full of crazy. On top of it, H got notice that he is moving to a lateral position in a few months that is going to require significant travel.

Sort off, the school district is closed today. So DS and I ran errands this morning, then he got iPad time while I did some work stuff.

I planned a calm day worked from 6a to 430p. Insane...I wanted to leave at11a but of course it was freaky Friday at the hospital.

I should have gone in and signed tax organizers but its my last Friday off until after April 15th and DD had camp so I didn't go. Meaning Tuesday is going to be bat shit crazy. I did get 99% of the wrapping accomplished during camp hours and then cookie baked this afternoon.

I worked most of the day. DC was closed. DH had the day off and watched the boys in the morning, then handed them off to my parents so he could do social stuff.

Work was pretty empty and I was looking forward to clearing out my inbox and surfing the internet. A few issues popped up that kept me running around all morning. I left around 2:00 and wrapped a bunch of presents while the boys were still with my parents.
