1. Watching my kids play with their new dollhouse. Over the course of the day, they probably played with it for 2-3 hours. A particular moment was when DS found the toilet in the dollhouse and put the Daddy doll on the Can. “Daddy is making a stinky poop!” We all laughed. DS was so delighted with the toilet.
2. “Stop shaking your penis at your sister. That’s unkind.”
1. How many times DD jumped up and down squealing oh my...I think it was 6 times, I may have lost track as she was just overly excited about everything.
2. Me: You can choose 4 individual treats for dessert. DD: only 4 I can't choose Me: Yes only 4 (my mom had probably 20 different choices of cookies/chocolates)
1. I thought it would be maybe a tad sad that no family came (MIL recovery from surgery) instead it was amazing to just be the 4 of us. Zero drama. We went on a mini trip and had a great time although we did have to drive through the snow on the way back Christmas Eve. The kids were so excited. We all went sledding. It was super cold but fun.
2. I don't have a super funny thing I said yesterday. Lots of stop fighting. But then they also play together nicely. They have their moments.
1. The run down the hallway at 6:15 to see their presents.
2. Telling my uncle about why I will probably not decorate the church next year. "It is probably not good for me to go since by the time I was done I probably broke all 12 commandments. Yes I realize there are only 10, but since I was so pissed, I broke 2 extra."

1. Share a good moment from yesterday.
DS bought DD a little stuffed dragon that's the same as one he already has but is pink. They were adorable carrying them around together yesterday.
2. What was a “holy cow, I never would have said this” thing that came out of your mouth in the past 48 hours that doesn’t relate to Santa Claus.
Not something I said, but it relates to an adventure:
MIL sent us all money, including the 3 year old who threw it away. After we got done digging through the trash to find her money, we realized that MIL put money in two different envelopes for both me and DH, but DH had thrown one of his away not realizing it. Cue another search through the trash and we found another envelope of money. All in all we ALMOST threw away 100 dollars. What an adventure.
The kids were over the moon with the fish, each chose one and they named them - in an excited, collaborative and orderly fashion then assigned them each a section of the three part waterfall tank. It was a Christmas miracle!
Thank you guys for being mature and kind about this - to Ds and DD who were excited for DD and I to go see pitch perfect (we are there now). Zero jealousy or whining. Enjoying the kids this break!
