TGIF! I decided working today was overrated. I have one meeting in 6 minutes and will clear out my inbox but that is it.
I have date number three with first class seat guy on Wednesday night. He's all moved into his new place and wants me to see it. He's getting me a hotel room just across the street so I don't have to worry about getting home after we have wine. I'm excited to get to know him and so nervous that I'll find something about him that I don't like.
Going to see I Tanya tonight at an old theater here. Pretty excited about it.
I hope you have a great time kaneen! Also, I'm jealous, because I, Tonya isn't yet in any local theaters. It'll be at a small one next month though, so I'll go see it then.
I still have a million unread emails sitting in my inbox(OK, more like 1,700 - still overwhelming though!), but I've already solved 2 multi-million dollar issues at work today, so I think I'm about to blow off for the rest of the day. Work is definitely overrated
Try not to look too hard to find things you don't like. Turns out the guy everyone here encouraged to give another chance is someone I do like after all and we're still dating (with no more foot stuff). I get having your guard still up a bit though!
I'm going to the zoo today with a friend and then tonight is a going away thing for another friend who's moving to Italy again.
My cats have pretty much not stopped snuggling me since I got back. My boy cat, who doesn't usually lay on me outside of bed, is curled up on my lap relaxed and grooming himself. My girl cat was in the arm of the armchair headbutting me.
I came down with a nasty head cold on Xmas night, so that has been fun.
My sister and BIL from Las Vegas are here this week and they are freezing their asses off. Night time temps have dropped to 10 below. We are heading downtown in a few minutes for a private tour of the new stadium and then hitting a few bars afterwards. Of course it just stattef snowing again so that is going to add some "fun" to today's activities.

I'm making a concerted effort at this finally. In the past I've always let stupid stuff matter. Like I always said I'd never date a guy who wore his phone clipped to his belt. Dumb, I know. Well, J wears his phone clipped on his belt when he's working and I saw that when we had lunch and specifically told myself that DOES NOT matter. And you know what, it doesn't!
We are hanging out with A’s family today. It is so cold! We found a winery to stop at tomorrow in Virginia that will be a good halfway point to stop. Can we somehow teleport home??
I had this week off from work. I’ve done less than half of what I hopped to do. I have relaxed. Read tons and painted my powder room a cerulean blue. I love it.
