I have a lot of things I want to work on for the new year, but would likely be overwhelmed if I try to do them all... so I’ll have to pick 1 or 2 to start with as then maybe try more later in the year.
- cut out or at least reduce my pop intake - meal plan/prepare more meals at home - be more patient - less yelling - reduce clutter/purge things we don’t need - exercise more

I suck at keeping resolutions. But I need to make more trips to the gym and stop eating seconds. I don’t know full until I’m sick. I’ve got to learn to eat smaller portions.
