1. Really well. We started a whole30 on the 2nd. After one crossfit class without carbs I decided that wasn't going to work so I added some carbs back in. Workouts went well considering I took the entire week between Christmas and New Year's off due to being sick. 2. 2 crossfits, 2 or 3 PiYo workouts. My body needs some stretching and schedules won't allow me to get in the gym for a 3rd work out. 3. I'm doing a whole30/21 day fix/MFP hybrid right now to see how 21 day fix containers line up with the macros suggested by my crossfit trainer. 21 day fix containers are sooooo much easier to track than calories in my opinion. 4. My nice ass is coming back! Bonus: I really want to quit yelling at DS. I hate, hate, hate when i do it and things go soooo much better when I don't. It doesn't happen all day every day but it's my least favorite thing that I do.

1. How did last week go?
I missed some workouts b/c I had some gut issues again after running my mid range run this week. I went to the doctor and they did NOT help. I just decided to change my long run nutrition and it is helping.
I have gained 4 pounds since December so. That's horrible.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type?
Get back and do all my workouts without getting sick.
3. What are your food goals for the week?
Eat better. At least don't eat everything.
4. Any non-scale victories?
My first week back at masters swim. I went 3100 yards of pure freestyle. Long sets of 500/600 yards. It was absolutely brutal and just very good actually.
Bonus : New year new self? Does anyone have a new years resolutions not related to fitness?
1. How did last week go? Not too bad. I was able to get 2 workouts in and managed to eat reasonably well.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Get 2 workouts in - 1 BodyPump and 1 P90X. I'm also trying to get some running in on the same day that I do BodyPump. I'd like to add another day of running in there somewhere, but I have to figure that out.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Now that the holidays are over, I'd like to get back to eating what MyFitnessPal suggests for losing 1 lb/week. I've been overeating a little bit.
4. Any non-scale victories? I ran 2 miles before my BodyPump class last night and I felt ok after. In BodyPump, I was able to increase my weights with very little issue.
Bonus : New year new self? Does anyone have a new years resolutions not related to fitness? I am learning how to program with an Arduino board. Since I'm in the software development industry, I haven't been using my electrical engineering skills a lot. So far, I have been able to make a light flash. The best part about this is that my DD is really interested in learning with me. I hope this means she will be an engineer like her momma some day.
1. Last week went well. trying to focus on portion control still. Met my workout targets, too. 2. Since we have a busy weekend, I really wanted to get in 4 CF workouts during the week. Yesterday was shot because of an ice storm, which means I need the discipline to go the next four days in a row (even if it means two 4am wake-ups. Woof.) 3. Lay off the snacks for the rest of the weekdays. We have baby girl's first birthday party on Saturday, and another party on Sunday where I'll probably indulge. So, I need to control myself between now and then! 4. PR'd a lift over the weekend.
My non-fitness resolutions are focused on trying to be a better parent. Practicing patience and limiting screaming.

2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? 4 runs and 2 cross training/strength work outs
3. What are your food goals for the week? Just to be consistent. I usually do really well all week and terrible on the weekends so I need to find a better balance with that
4. Any non-scale victories? I got a new PR on a 7 mile run last week.
Bonus: New year new self? Does anyone have a new years resolutions not related to fitness? I have several mostly related to parenting: I really need to work on being more patient and yelling less and I’d like to be more flexible when things don’t go according to plan.
