What's in your box, or what did you buy at the Farmer's Market, and what do you plan to do with it?
I got frozen blackberries, beets, spring onions, broccoli, sugar snap peas, Bibb lettuce, and bok choy. I was supposed to get tomatos, but they forgot to put them in my box. It was also my week to get ground beef, ground pork sausage, half a chicken, and eggs.
I did a sugar snap peas, spring onions, bok choy, and beef stir-fry with an orange beef-esque sauce. Served over rice for the BF and over the Bibb lettuce for me. I'm planning on roasting the broccoli and beets...not sure what to do with them from there, but it will involve the sausage or the chicken and a carb lol. I've got some rhubarb left from last week, so I might do a raspberry rhubarb pie, for kicks and giggles.
Avacados, cilantro and some of the lettuce went into tacos Red potatoes were oven fried for Sunday breakfast Fava beans are going to be made into hummus DH ate the fruit for breakfast zucchinis were made into zucchini chips
The rest of the lettuce is supposed to be for lettuce wraps. The chard didn't hold up this week, to they'll be giving me extra of an item next time.

I'm jealous of those who get fruit in the CSA! I live in the northeast, so we are still in the winter CSA...summer CSA starts in a couple weeks. Our winter share is every other week pickup, so last week we got:
I made bok choy soup, we put the spinach on a pizza and then in omelets, mesclun will be a salad, beets will get roasted for Sunday dinner, and IDK what to do with the cilantro!

it's not normal to have strawberries this early in the year (especially so many of them!). we had a really warm spring.
