The kids were in 2T clothing this summer. 2T stuff is getting too small for them now, so they'll be in 3Ts this winter. Should I expect them to be in 4Ts next summer? Or still in 3Ts? I'd love to be able to take advantage of some of the end-of-summer sales that are going on now...
BTW, OshKosh is having a sale till 3 PM ET. They have some decent-looking polos for $3.95, and I saw elsewhere that you can get free shipping by using code OKBGCART. This is what got me thinking about it.
In my experience, there is no telling. My kids wore the same shorts and t-shirts they wore last summer (because they fit, not because I was being cheap. LOL) On the other hand, I think they are going to need some new pants because they have gotten taller and some of their pants are a tad too short.
We stopped guessing years ago cause we were always wrong.
i think you can get away with more on summer clothes than you can on long pants and long sleeves. My guess is they will still be 3T this summer but 4T next fall.

I never know what to do. It seems like our guy stays in things FOREVER, but some of that is that he's long and skinny. 2T stuff fits him okay at the waist as long as it cinches in, but it's starting to get a little short on his legs. Now that we're getting to cool weather we'll need to start thinking about going up for length, even though anything larger will be falling off his skinny butt. Sigh. For us we'd go with 3T things for next summer just based on that.
