Costco Pre-Made Meals

What does Costco have lately for pre-made dinners? Anything good that could work for the family birthday party we have on Saturday? I have no idea yet what we are making and am considering going the super-simple route with something like Coscto heat-and-eat or Qdoba Bar or something.

A big tray of some sort of pasta would go over well in my family; maybe something like that with some fresh bread and a big salad?

I don't know much about meals, but their mac & cheese is actually pretty tasty. I won't go back to making it got a large group when I can just buy theirs.

I second the Mac and cheese! We’ve also done their sandwich/wrap tray with the big bag of kale salad and chips and it was a hit. Their pot pies (HUGE but idk if they have them all the time) are amazing.

Ps. We are doing our girls family party this weekend too and I’m doing a taco bar. Beef/chicken, salsa, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and chips with hard shells and tortillas.
