erinshelley21 - my work won’t set up auto forwarding due to some legalities and it has always made me insane. What they CAN do is put an OOO message on directing people to me. I also think if you have access to his emails, you can absolutely open any that are clearly from clients/business related.
Here's another one. He's officially turned in his notice, he has been denied access to our systems and building. Can I have his email forwarded to mine?

I decided to play nice and texted DH asking if he wanted me to pick up the kids from school. He said yes. Confession: I would NEVER have asked if I thought he'd say yes.
Today has been a Monday...overslept, cranky clients, and the phone going crazy. erinshelley21, all I can say is WOW, you deserve so much better and I'm glad this won't be your life in 6 months.

He admitted to having them sign new apps. The envelope didn't contain anything of value. He is officially out of my life with the exception of returning some documents and me paying him commission that he has already earned.
He basically said I think I am some "exalted almighty ruler of all things crop insurance" and can do whatever I want. I told him I CAN do whatever I want in relation to this agency.
I also found out the new agency is handing him a book of business that is already established and handed him another client today. Yet he feels the need to still take some from us.
