I selected all the 2017 Goodreads Choice Awards Final Nominees for Romance that had an average rating of 4.0 or higher that wasn't a sequel in a series that needs to be read in order, and then I selected some of the 'most read this week' Romance books according to GR that were a 4.0 or higher with 1k+ ratings to help fill it out to 10 choices.
