1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #1 since May, Cycle 6, CD10
2. Any testing this week? Probably OPKs at some point.
3. Non-BFP AWs/vents/randoms? Our new countertops are being installed today, and I'm SO excited. I haven't had a kitchen in over a month, and I'm ready to be able to cook again.
4. Do you use a cycle tracking app? If so, do you pay for a subscription or use the free version? I couldn't decide which one I liked better, so I use the free versions of both FF and Kindara.
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC#1, Cycle 1 (medicated), CD1, starting clomid on Wednesday (days 3 to 7)
2. Any testing this week? Nope, AF is here thanks to coming off progesterone
3. Non-BFP AWs/vents/randoms? I'm so mad at the manager at BBB, he offered to help carry my curtain rods out to my car since he was going out to get carts. I opened the car door and ALL of the curtain rods came out of the box and fell all over the parking lot. Of course I returned all of them since they got all scratched up, they have NONE left on the floor and they're on backorder until next week. Not exactly happy right now. I was perfely fine taking them in the cart out to my car myself but he insisted on it.
4. Do you use a cycle tracking app? If so, do you pay for a subscription or use the free version? I have PCOS so my cycles are all over the place that nothing works. Once AF is over I'll do OPK .

1. TTC#2 cycle 2 after miscarriage 3 dpo
2. No
3. Feeling grumpy and completely not optimistic about this cycle for no reason just because I am grumpy. On a positive note I had some excellant Korean BBQ today and it made my day.
4. I use natural cycles which is paid and is approved as a contraceptive in some European countries. I hated it at first because it takes time to get to "know" you and your cycle but now I really like it and find the predictions it makes in terms of ovulation and fertile window pretty accurate.
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC#2, Cycle 3, CD11
2. Any testing this week? OKPs, I should probably start today or tomorrow. I usually get a positive on CD14.
3. Non-BFP AWs/vents/randoms? My BIL is getting married this summer and this wedding is ending up being drama filled. I was originally excited about it but now I just want it be over with. I'm a BM and I need to order a dress in about a month, so I'm really hoping this cycle is it for us so that I'll know if I'm going to be pg at the wedding and can pick a size accordingly. Also kind of afraid if they are going to be stupid about me being pregnant. Of course the worst scenarios is that I'm still not pg by June, which is in the back of my mind. Last cycle was an emotional roller coaster for me. It was my own fault because I was so sure I was pg, and was totally wrong. I'm overthinking and getting anxious and pessimistic about it. And I feel stupid because I'm only on cycle 3 so I'm really jumping the gun here.
4. Do you use a cycle tracking app? If so, do you pay for a subscription or use the free version? Yes, I use the free FF. I'm not temping, so I only track cycles and use OPKs. I've been using it for several years for NFP and then with DD, so I like that it has my whole history stored. I never tried any other apps, I wonder how different they are. If this cycle is a bust, I might have to start temping next month, which I really hated doing so I'm hoping to avoid.

TTC #2 since July CD14 No testing, but I need to have sex like RIGHT NOW and well i'm not. Truthfully, we're only getting to the deed 1-2 times a month and that's not going to cut it. I don't use any sort of app...but I'm thinking I should look into it
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC#2, Cycle 9, CD 13
2. Any testing this week? None this week.
3. Non-BFP AWs/vents/randoms? I’m going in for my second acupuncture session tomorrow. I find laying there really hard because I’m not a “lay and relax in the quiet” kind of person.
4. Do you use a cycle tracking app? If so, do you pay for a subscription or use the free version? I’m using FF, but my subscription runs out at the end of this month. I probably will not renew, even though I like some of the functions you get with the subscription.
pickel for one of my sessions I brought in an earbud and played a meditation app on my phone. It was super relaxing and helped me really turn my brain off.

1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #1, Cycle 3, CD9
2. Any testing this week? OPKs
3. Non-BFP AWs/vents/randoms? H is super excited because the Eagles are in the Super Bowl. lol
4. Do you use a cycle tracking app? If so, do you pay for a subscription or use the free version? I got a year subscription to Fertility Friend. I feel like I’ve learned so much from it.

Yes! That’s a great idea! I will do that next week when I go! Thanks!!

1. Second iui tomorrow
2. nope
3. I put up all my standards for my students that they've mastered. We get this week off for standardized testing, so it's nice to be able to do some stuff in my classroom that I couldn't otherwise do.
4. I use FF and Kindara, the free versions. I am no longer temping
I'm still lurking, just haven't felt like posting. Cycle 9 was a bust and it looks like cycle 10 will be too. I'm struggling with it. I got pregnant on cycle 9 twice before (one m/c and my dd) so in my head I thought for sure this was it. Plus my due date would have been my grandmother's birthday.
Two moms at playgroup told me they're pregnant. Their kids are both younger than C. Now I'm stressing about a bigger age gap.
bcv513 I’m sorry your cycles have been a bust. It’s an even bigger disappointment to see a cool due date pass you by.
I hear you on the age gap. If I get pregnant this cycle, mine will be 3y11m apart. I get a little bitter about how long this has taken (especially when I should have had DC 2 this past March and the gap would have been what I wanted), but I try to see the positives in a larger gap like how much more independent DS will be and he’ll be a big help and out of the terrible threes.
Fingers crossed for a successful cycle 11 (if not this cycle!)
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #2. Cycle 2. 12 DPO.
2. Any testing this week? Planned on it on 13dpo. (TMI) But had some light pink that changed to brown spotting very early morning of 12doo after a BM. So that's out
3. Non-BFP AWs/vents/randoms? H and I are in a rough patch. I don't know if it's TTCAL or him still dealing with his emotions of the loss. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise were not getting a BFP this cycle.
4. Do you use a cycle tracking app? If so, do you pay for a subscription or use the free version? I use Ovia and Glow. Both free.
1. Still not officially trying. I get my IUD pulled one month from tomorrow, so most likely still Cycle -2.
2. Nope.
3. DS's birthday is this weekend and we're having a party tomorrow. I'm really in no mood, largely because I think only 3 families are coming, due to flu season/my last-minute planning/us not knowing that many people here yet, and I'm concerned that it will be an awkward number. I wanted to just invite my BFF and her family and DH pouted about wanting a real party, so here we are. At least we'll have tons of leftover cupcakes.
4. I use the paid version of FF. I've been using the free one for years and years (seriously like 10 years. I charted for a while just to learn how to do it when we wanted to try but were a long way from ready because it made me feel proactive. And then I just kept doing it, partly for birth control and partly just because I just enjoyed keeping track). I paid for it back in 2014 when we tried for DS, and was on the fence about paying for it again but then they had a sale over Christmas so I bought it again. It was like $25 for a year so I figured why not.
Jalapeñomel liked only due to your H's sperm count. Sorry the iui was so painful. Good luck with the second one. I am in the 2ww too so we can kill time together.

Today’s iui was a piece of cake, and I felt nothing. Although I’m super crampy now.
And now I’m officially in the 2WW. Good luck melsamoony
