How did you do last week? I did okay last week. I got in four days of yoga. I also started working on my daily skincare routine, trying to get back into that habit.
What are your plans for this week? (Fitness, nutrition, meal plans, etc.) My fitness goal is at least four days of yoga this week. I'm still working on the 30 Day Yoga Journey, but at this point I've come to terms with the fact that it's going to take me longer than 30 days to get through it. That's okay, though. One way or another, I'll get to the end.
No nutrition goals or meal plans yet. Just looking forward to being able to cook actual food again. I'll probably start getting more serious about nutrition in the next couple of weeks, once the kitchen is done and things have settled down a bit.
AWs/Vents/Randoms/etc? This is going to sound crazy, but I miss the gym. I can't wait to get back into a daily routine and start getting more serious about my workouts again.

I can't eat just one sweet! And then after that, I want something salty to counteract the sugar. Terrible vicious cycle!

It's so bad! I have no self control when it comes to sweets. If I have access to it, I'm going to eat it.
I just bought some Optimum Nutrition Protein Cake Bites from Walmart to try - I got Birthday Cake and Red Velvet. They only have 3g of added sugar (5g total sugar), 7g of fat, and 20g of protein. I'm hoping they taste good and I can use them to satisfy my sweet tooth.
How did you do last week? I continue to be a bit of a disaster. Pretty sure I was PMSing hardcore though. I can't seem to get my eating down. The only good thing is that I had salad for lunch almost everyday and we've implement fresh veggies into our meals/snacks more.
What are your plans for this week? (Fitness, nutrition, meal plans, etc.) Aim to get in yoga everyday, I got further behind last week. Continue having fresh veggies out as snack & having salad more often. I'd like to get out for a walk, or at least try out the treadmill, twice this week.
Mental health wise, today I began trying out "8 things to do before 8am." Mine's more so before 10am because I also added in showering during C's nap as 9th thing.
AWs/Vents/Randoms/etc? EDIT: @@moved to @@ thread. I’m struggling with finding time to go to yoga classes. My sister moved back last month and goes like 3 times a week and dance class and curling.

What are your plans for this week? (Fitness, nutrition, meal plans, etc.) I'm hoping to take advantage of the nicer weather and get more walking in...I surpassed my steps goal today by early afternoon so off to a good start
AWs/Vents/Randoms/etc? I had some "me" time today by treating myself to lunch from Chipotle. I don't eat out too often and rarely by myself so for some reason it feels indulgent lol
Last week - hit my reading goal, didn't hit my yoga goal. No reason, I was just tired and lazy
This week - 5 hours reading 3 days of yoga
We did a giant grocery trip today which ran late so we picked up food on the way home. Ugh. It helped mentally because it took away the stress since both the girls were unhappy and hungry but not healthy. Menu in progress.
M - takeout T - crockpot roast and veggies W - turkey, sweet potato, and celery hash
Randoms: My body has just been hurting lately. I feel myself craving yoga when I miss a day because my body feels so much more relaxed afterwards.

6.3 mile run with C this morning! Averaged 10:15 pace. Now we are all going for a hike at the same place DH and I had our first date nearly 9 years ago (2/21)!
I am at 16.9 miles this week! Hoping to run 3.1 miles tomorrow and call it good for the week! It’s supposed to be hot and windy on a Sunday.

According to my Garmin I only ran 21 times last year. My last run was at the beginning of October. I have already run 9 times this month and have another 3 runs planned (tomorrow, Tues, Weds). Hoping I keep with it because I am really enjoying it (as much as I can with the boys...sometimes it can be frustrating).
