Last week was likely my best week since before C was born! 20 miles running and lots of other walks!
My goal is to run 18-20 miles again this week! I have a new loop/route that I am excited to run (never have before so it should be new and exciting)! It’s supposed to be warm this week (today was 90 degrees)...so that might make things a little interesting.
I have totally fallen off the H&F wagon. It's awful. I've been making moderately decent food choices, but I could be doing better. I also haven't done a workout of any kind in almost two weeks. My motivation vanished and I have no idea how to find it again. I'm so frustrated with myself.
katespade I can only manage a few consecutive days of dedication, then I fall off, then get back on. You'll get back to it!
Beginning and middle of last week sucked. But I turned it around for late week and weekend as far as workouts go. Did my DVDs, went to group class, walked on the treadmill, hit 100%+ on my activity tracker. My eating has been absolute trash, though.

6.5 mile run yesterday and 2.6 miles this morning. I even got in two walks yesterday as well! Hoping for a “longer” run of around 5-6 miles tomorrow and again over the weekend. Might do a short run on Friday.
I did pretty good last week but not so far this week. I've been running around trying to get ready for G's party this weekend and everything has moved down on my priority list.

((Hugs)) katespade. I have lots of cycles like that. Sometimes if I just force myself to do a workout one day then it helps me do better the other days. Hopefully you can find your new normal routine soon and get back to it.
5.4 mile run today. I have been suspecting that my Garmin is somewhat inaccurate (because it’s not even consistent on routes I have done repeatedly and I know I am running faster than 10:30-11:00 pace). I used MapMyRun today and it was much closer to what I was guessing my runs have been. Even so, I ended Jan with 55.1 miles (and I didn’t start til 1/11 since I was sick)! Puts things in perspective when I used to run 50-70 mi/week in high school and college...oh well, new season and totally different goals!
katespade: I'm not finished. I have just under half left. There's a 40 minute video and for some reason I won't skip ahead to something short while I'm sick. I refuse to leave it unfinished though so I'm going to keep working on it
I've been a health & fitness disaster lately. I've been blaming the flu & PMS but PMS can only go on so long haha.
5.4 mile run yesterday and 4.1 mile run with my dad and the boys today! Finished the week with 24.1 miles, setting a new weekly mileage record along with a fastest 5k record during yesterday’s run (27:06...but I didn’t have a stroller, which hasn’t happened in 3 years! Crazy that I can run 1-1:30/mile faster when I run by myself!
