I'm training for an 18 miler in April, with a 5-miler and a 6 hour trail run coming up before then.
Formal training kicks off this weekend, which is good because I totally torqued my knee and leg/ankle falling while walking my dog Friday (over nothing, what a clutz). It felt ok after Sunday's run, but I'm sticking to yoga and spinning until this Saturday.
Highlight of the week- awesome day Saturday with DH. We need to do daytrips more often.

labbie, I will, I promise. Aquatic life is just part of ocean swimming, so it's just a risk I have to take and mitigate as best I can. That doesn't make it less scary, though.
What are you training for? Date? Nothing, racing starts in April
Training plan for the week? Sunday: 60 minute trainer ride, 30 minutes of yoga Monday: Off-Massage and Chiropractor Tuesday: 60 minutes of yoga Wed. & Thursday: Trainer rides Friday: ? Sat-Sunday: Rides TBD by the weather
Any issues or vents? I hurt my back Sunday, so I'm trying to baby it this week. I've already been to the chiro and plan to go back 1 more day this week if I can get an appt. I'd already had Monday's massage scheduled for a few weeks. I'm glad I did!

Rejoining you guys this week!
I’m (tentatively) training for the Santa Cruz half in May. If not that one, something else in the spring.
I’ve done two five mile runs so far this week, I’m cross-training tomorrow and will probably do 5.5 as my “long” run this weekend. I’m building up slowly so I don’t get burned out.
No vents yet. AWs? Just that the weather here has been amazing and I’m looking forward to training again!
