I just ran an easy 3 miles; I had an awful cold all week and am easing back into things. We're heading to the countryside today to meet up with some relatives.
I'm up and will hop on the treadmill for 4.5 miles during the baby's next nap. Hopefully he will cooperate, last weekend he woke up early and interrupted my run.
Still recovering from this bug, and it’s Hs birthday, so no workout today. We are taking the kids to the museum, and will do pizza and cake at my SILs tonight because it’s our neice’s birthday, also
Back from my work trip, going to Crossfit this morning then have a friends birthday dinner tonight. Just trying to relax this weekend as best as possible. Wish it weren't so cold again, I need some sunshine.
Hello! I am up and meeting a friend at 10:00 to do 10 miles. We are waiting until 10 because it is supposed to be 16 degrees instead of 9 like it is now. I don't think it will make much difference!

Awake finally! We're heading to Winter Park for a day of skiing with J's cousin from FL who I haven't met yet. Should be fun. Maybe a run when we get home depending on how much I trash my legs today practicing on my tele skiis.
Sadly today and my next 10 Saturday mornings will be spent at the office working. Might get a trainer ride in later today. Not sure how the entire day is going to pan out.
I got back from a cold ass 5 miles a bit ago. J left for a work meeting and by a small act of God AJ did not wake up when he left (his room is right over the garage) so now I've had a nice long hot shower and am laying in bed with the dogs. So far, I like this Saturday!
I'm up with the kids, waiting for swim lesson time. I've got my first half tomorrow, so probably a shakeout run at some point today. Trying to decide if I'm going to lift during swim lessons. Prolly not, right? Maybe I'll swim.
I'm glad I ran Thursday and Friday because the snow is falling thick today. Hopefully I'll get out again tomorrow. I recently thought about how I haven't run on the treadmill all winter. And I don't think I can bring myself to start at this point. I think I'm going to set it up in the heated garage -- about 40-50 degrees depending on how cold it is outside. Right next to the window. Maybe that will help. DS is running a fever so I'll be trying to keep him content this afternoon while I do payroll and office work. Super sorry to hear so many of you aren't feeling well. sadlebredkams @vtcupcake

I ran 20 miles on trails and survived! It was actually a really nice run, aside from my exhaustion at the end. I'm icing my knee and hoping it stays stable.
I'm registered for a 10k trail race tomorrow, which seems like a questionable decision right now. If I feel good tomorrow morning I'll go and run it very slow, because I'm supposed to go out to brunch afterwards with some friends who are running it. It's really all about the brunch.
Got a 9 mile group run in this morning. I'm excited, I found a great partner. We have run 3 times now together. Same pace and she is reliable and good conversation.
