Super Bowl but we're in Packer country so no major plans. Thank goodness we don't have any plans, b/c I can't deal with the constant kid sicknesses!!! DD3 is now sick. It's been a constant round of illness and I keep freaking out 1) about the health of the kid who is sick, flu, etc, and 2) about all the stuff we have to re-arrange, juggle, and re-schedule, and 3) my inability to leave the house to do errands or whatever and get anything done.
Anyway....it's snowy here and I"m thrilled we don't HAVE to go anywhere. Making a big nachos plate (motivated by leftover taco meat and avocados) and not sure what else--some other easy snack-y stuff--for dinner later. Might go run errands later since DH is going to be home, if the roads are okay and DD3 is doing okay.
Oh, and also, our dishwasher is on the fritz again. It's only a few years old and it's a Bosch that I really like, otherwise! About every year, we get water in the pan under the dishwasher somehow and it has to be unplugged. We've had it fixed a couple times and they have no idea why water gets into the bottom. No leaks can be found.

No super bowl here. I’ve never watched or done anything. My ILs are coming over for an early dinner so they can go home and watch. I’m annoyed that I’ll need to figure out when the game ends so I can watch This Is Us mad hope it doesn’t start too late on a school night.
We all just got back in from shovelling the driveway and making a snowman. First time in years that I've made a BIG full-sized snowman, it was so fun!
I have no idea what to make for dinner; we had pizza for lunch for DS' party yesterday, then pizza leftovers for dinner last night, then I had more pizza for lunch today. Not that I'd want to order pizza on Super Bowl Sunday anyway...I just sorta wish I could have Super Bowl food (like nachos, dips, etc.) without actually watching the Super Bowl - lol! Except I have no ingredients for any of that stuff.
We will watch because some of my students are singing America the beautiful with Leslie Odom Jr. before the game. Hopefully they'll show that. Otherwise, we've been avoiding leaving the house because the superbowl is here.

I feel you on the constant sickness and inability to do anything because of it. My dd has been sick since Tues., and she's finally feeling better today, so of course today ds is starting to not feel well. I have SO MUCH I need to do this week, so I am really hoping it's short-lived for him.
We're (obv.) Steelers fans, so only watching this year for the commercials and halftime show. And we're currently getting ready to watch the puppy bowl!
I’m taking the girls to my moms bc they apparently love football and dh and I couldn’t care less. We will have snacks food, watch some football and head home before half time. Currently 2/3 of my girls have bad colds so they are just tons of fun to be around. My renter broke the garage door and hasn’t paid her rent. We were planning on working in a few things there this weekend, but she never got back to me with a time so I guess I’ll do it myself tomorrow while dh is at work. Effing annoying. She darn well better have a check and late fee ready for me or I’ll have more problems.
I broke down and put it on - I like the fanfare of the beginning, and thought it would be cool for DS to at least see some of it in case they talk about it at school tomorrow.
DH has already fallen asleep in his easy chair - true sportsman over there, lol.
It ended up being fend for yourself night for dinner tonight, so I cobbled together some nachos for myself, and am on glass of wine #2.
I'm in Pats Nation so of course the game is on. DH and boys had yummy junk food for the game. I had chicken and veggies. I'm in the middle of my cleanse so no junk for me. I dont mind.
We are also celebrating my DH 40th today because he worked on his actual bday Thursday.
We watched because DH is a huge football fan - he played college ball and follows lots of college and NFL teams. DS1 was really excited about it and cleaned up our family room and set up a snack table all on his own this morning to get ready. My parents came over and my mom made dinner (yay!) and my parents are staying over two nights to help me with the kids while DH is out of town this week.
