1. I didn't I was sick all week. Sleep was my friend.
2. I need to start again, but I am exhausted. Still recovering. Hopefully 2 workouts this week.
3. Balanced reasonable diet. I am having cravings lately and trying to make sure I don't indulge every little one.
4. No
Bonus: Probably somewhere in the middle. 1/5 got the flu. 3/5 got the stomach bug and 2/5 got a really bad cold and sinus issues. Its not over yet, but hopefully we all start to feel better soon.

Last week was pretty good. i was proud of myself for getting back into the swing following vacay.
This week, I'm aiming for 4 CF workouts, but am in full-blown man-cold mode. We'll ahve to see how I feel after this afternoon's workout.
Stick to the meal plan, which is mostly just meat and veggies.
Bonus - my daughters have passed step and a stomach bug back and forth since just before Christmas. They've been healthy for about 2 weeks now. H had a bug around New Years. I was perfectly healthy... until now. I have a cold. But am dying.
1. Not good 2. Some form of exercise...any ideas I'm either at work or driving to/from for 12 hours each day and exhausted by the time I get home. 3. Stay away from the chocolate/candy (client just brought in truffles) 4. no just the opposite which is why #2 needs to turn into something
Bonus: Knocking on wood but other than a couple short lived colds we all have stayed healthy. But cold/flu season is just getting going here on the west coast so...
186momx - I do v ups, mountain climbers, side planks, calf raises, Russian twists, etc throughout the day on calls when I can. If you have an office with a door get after it! Good two minute break between work tasks and it makes a difference. I slacked on calf raises for a while and my jeans were loose, I stared doing them again and my jeans hug my calves again.
1. Ok. I got 5 workouts in, and on one of the days that I missed, my Fitbit still showed that I hit my step, activity, and calorie burn goal. The other day I was a total sloth.
2. Aiming for 5 workouts. DH is traveling, which means no competition for the treadmill early in the morning, but DD1 has an early appointment on one of my workout days. So I will see how I do.
3. Food goals - order healthy. I have lunch plans a lot this week, so I need to keep it in check.
4. I did not eat like total crap during the Super Bowl. I had lots of unhealthy things planned, and ended up just eating a very small amount.
Sickness: DD1 has been sick for what feels like a year. I think she’s going to have her tonsils and adenoids out in a few weeks. She’s has a lot of strep, and complains daily of a sore throat. She had what I believe was the flu, but I didn’t bother with the test because she cannot tolerate anything up her nose. Seriously - she used to choose the flu shot over the nasal mist every year. DD2 has her first cold. DH and I have been ok. I’m waiting anxiously for the stomach bug next. It is rampant at DD1’s school.
2chatter, my office is completely glass walls. Makes it great to see the lobby since we don't have a receptionist but gives me no privacy. I do put in about 2-3 miles of walking back and forth each day (my feet are killing me today as it has been a very hectic Monday). I like the idea of calf raises or squats while at the copy machine or I might bring back my medicine ball and sit on it instead of in my chair at least in the mornings.
1. How did last week go? Good. I hit my mileage goal.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Mon: 4 miles right after work. School was cancelled so all the kids were at daycare instead of pickup after school. Tues: Lift right after work Wed: 5 miles on the treadmill before anyone wakes up Thurs: Group run at night: 4 miles Fri: rest Sat: 7 miles after DH gets home from work Sun: Lift
3. What are your food goals for the week? Stick to RP as much as possible
4. Any non-scale victories? Mileage is steady
Bonus: How bad has the sickness hit your family this season? We all had the stomach bug twice, and my youngest had the flu. I hope we are done.
1. How did last week go? I missed one workout on Saturday since I was judging a science competition. But I did get a lot of walking in that day.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? 2 workouts (BodyPump and P90X) plus a run
3. What are your food goals for the week? Stay true to MyFitnessPal.
4. Any non-scale victories? I had to pull my belt in another notch since it was getting loose.
Bonus: How bad has the sickness hit your family this season? So far so good. The boys have colds right now. DS2 seems to be struggling to get it out of his system. I'm hoping it's not turning in to an ear infection. I had a stomach bug in December, but it only lasted 24 hours.
This week I'm doing my normal workouts plus 3x 1 min plank + 15 push ups. Since its' short maybe you could do something like that? And you're actually on the ground so maybe no one would see you...?
1. Last week was ok and I even weighed myself and I was down in weight. Have not weighed myself since the super bowl... 2. See plank + push up challenge I'm doing. Also, I down graded my triathlon club membership so my other big push is to get my swim workouts in without masters. I did it yesterday - 3000 yards! I'm supposed to do 2800 on Friday and that...I'm neverous won't get done. I have less time on Friday and I'll have less motivation since I have to go after work and...well...you can guess how many people are swimming laps on Friday at 5:30pm.Swimming alone makes me lonely. 3. Try not to go crazy. Although I worked late last night and ended up with a fast food hamburger. Whoops. 4. Swimming 3000 yards in my first non masters morning swim was huge for me.
Bonus: DD is sick, DS got her cold but not as bad. I have a lot of prickly throat things that so far haven't turned into anything but I'm tired right now. Not sure if that's lack of sleep or something else about to kick my butt.

1. I got 2 CF workouts and 1 PiYo in. Not the 3 and 2 I was aiming for but I was mentally taxed last week. Food was bad but options in farm towns are limited. 2. 3 CF and 2 PiYo again. On track to get it done! 3. Just be better 4. I didn't drink all the wine I bought on Friday. Bonus. It's been an okay flu season. A few sore throats, colds and fevers but nothing more than 24 hours for the kids. I think DH and I had bronchitis right after Christmas though.
1. How did last week go? I got in all my workouts but was at my parent’s house for a few days and ate a bunch of junk
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Four runs and two strength training/HIT workouts
3. What are your food goals for the week? To cut down on mindless snacking and to drink at least 64 oz of water every day
4. Any non-scale victories? I did a long run last weekend and finished two minutes under my goal time Bonus: How bad has the sickness hit your family this season The kids have had runny noses and coughs non-stop for the last few months. I’m so ready for warmer weather!
