I've been having neck/back issues and our mattress was 12 years old so we decided to buy a new mattress. It's been almost a week on the new mattress and I have the worst neck pain. I also have a memory foam pillow that's about 3 years old. I think it might be a combination of the new mattress and pillow not working together. I can't do anything about the mattress for 30 days but it's time for a new pillow anyways so I'm going to try that first. DH has been complaining about his same pillow being flat too. So, any side sleepers that have a pillow they love?
mellym - My Pillow but don’t follow their system. Fill it out like you are a 350 pound guy and you will end up with a fluffy pillow with give. The texture is weird but I like it after getting used to it. The one it assigned me was awful - flat and unsupportive.

I have a K-lex that was awesome for the first two years, but recently I feel like it’s time to retire and replace. I don’t know if 2 years is ok for a pillow, but I will probably get another soon.
I just spent oodles of money (ok, $60, which still feels like a lot) on a Therapedic brand pillow for side sleepers for my H. He’s only used it two nights so far, but swears it’s the best pillow he’s ever slept on.

I have a My Pillow too and love it. I agree with 2chatter that you should overstate your info. I didn't with mine and it gets kind of flat. I haven't gotten a different one yet because it fluffs up really well. I also like that it is machine washable and dryable.
I also have a My Pillow. It can get flat, but if I throw it in the dryer for 20 mins, it fluffs it up enough to use for 4-5 days. I did not overstate my info - I will with my next one.
I have a Casper pillow. We liked the mattress so much we decided to spring on the pillow. My favorite pillow by far, but I wish it were fuller. I ended up stealing both the Casper pillows and DH suffers with old ones. Two pillows is perfect, but the price is.. ugh.
