I tried to do this yesterday but the board was being glitching for me.
1. I fell off the wagon. I have got to get back on it, but I love my sleep. ugh
2. Start my every other day again. Which means I HAVE to get one tonight.
3. Food has actually gone pretty well for me. Just need to stay on track
Bonus: I don't participate in the sense that I am participating in a religious experience, but I usually use it as a time to try and kick a bad habit. I think this time I am going to use it as a time to get in a good habit. Just need to figure out what.
I need to get back on it. Doing well enough with food. Need to not drink.
Bonus - I was raised in New Orleans but not Catholic so my focus was on Mardi Gras...then Easter. Now we do Lent as a religious story with activity - more of the reasons than the limitations....

1. I'm so tired I can't remember last week. I think I got 5 workouts in?
2. I've gotten in 2 days so far. I need 2 more. Then rest on Friday (complete with a pedicure). Saturday, I'm in a crossfit competition (yikes); like a real one with teams from other gyms competing (YIKES). There are 8 teams in my division. my biggest wish in the whole wide world is that my partner and I come in 7th, at worst.
3. Food goals - lots of veggies, some meat, some fruit, very little junk. I'm only doing okay so far. I will reset tonight with a healthy dinner. I suck so bad at nutrition.
4. Nothing immediately comes to mind.
We will do meatless Fridays in Lent. Beyond that, I don't think I want my Lenten promise to be about nutrition or activity. I want to focus on being a calmer parent. I am struggling with that badly right now.
1. Okay. I did squats during bathroom breaks until I messed my ankle up. Note: squats in heels not a good idea! 2. Squats during bathroom breaks and I want to try and stand while working a little more this week. Also 2 miles of walking a during office hours (should be super easy) 3. Stay off the candy! Try and eat dinner (I keep skipping it as I'm so tired and don't want to eat and then go to bed) 4. NA
Bonus: No lent here. I always forget about it until it is over. Oops
1. How did last week go? I did my workouts and ate RP foods (not great about weighing them) until I enjoyed Sunday.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Monday: 4 mile group run after I get kids settled at 6:30 Tues: lift right after work Wed: 5 miles in am Thurs: 4 mile group run at 6:30 Fri: rest Sat: lift early in am Sun: a 5k
I won't meet my weekly mileage goal so maybe a few more miles somewhere
3. What are your food goals for the week? Stay on RP bit domt stress over weighing food
4. Any non-scale victories? I like how my shoulders are looking these days.
Bonus: Do you participate in Lent? If so what are your goals? All things church related are stressing me out. I haven't taken the kids to church in months. I'm supposed to be doing Home Study religious ed this year, I thought it would be easier than having them put one more night a week, and it would but Sunday comes and it's just another chore for me to do by myself. Even Friday meatless meals seems daunting--more effort in planning when I'm just spent. I will try to be a more patient mom instead of giving something up, and will encourage my kids to give something up.

1. How did last week go? Fine for exercise, but bad for food
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Well. I'm having to work around a few things. My neck is hurt (somehow pulled a muscle really bad while picking out a shirt from a drawer) and I am very busy with work and kids things (never good to get woken up with an emergency call at 11pm!). That combined with leaving for a work trip shortly means I'm probably not making my morning workout today, which means my GOAL is to do it tonight. I must do it! Then hopefully do the rest of my workouts as planned for the rest of the week.
3. What are your food goals for the week? I'm starting with a new nutritionist! I saw her yesterday and she is having me do a food diary right now. Monday she'll give me her prescription. I liked her, maybe this will work.
4. Any non-scale victories?
I felt like it was a victory getting my workout done last night. Trails were muddy and it was dark and foggy (weird combo) but I got it done, which is important since I missed monday.
Bonus: Do you participate in Lent? If so what are your goals?
I did it. I worked out last night after DS went to bed. It was the first time I have done a complete 30 min workout since I got pregnant, and at the end I had really bad abdominal cramps and DD was not very happy with me. Plus I think I got overheated and threw up.
All that being said, I don't think I over did it. I just think I didn't prepare myself correctly. Next time I will have a bottle of water with me and I will take walking around breaks if needed. The cramps were my main concern and they stopped fairly quickly with some water.

1. I got all 3 Crossfit workouts in but only 1 PiYo I think. Food was better until the weekend but I expected that. 2. 2 CF workouts plus 2 PiYo. I'm 1 PiYo in and will get 2 CF if I get there tomorrow and Friday morning. I might try to do a PiYo tonight. Having a migraine yesterday threw me for a loop along with DS being sick Monday morning. 3. Keep going how I'm going, minus the zebra cake rolls (1 MOTN and then 1 before I got in the shower). I need to not plow through the entire box of chocolates that FIL will most likely be bringing me at some point today. 4. I have restarted PiYo more times than I can count, but when I did it on Monday it was the easiest it has ever been! The strength in my legs helped me balance easier. I hope I can keep my motivation to get this incorporated into my workout schedule for good. PiYo and Crossfit are going to complement each other very well. Bonus. I really like the idea of using Lent to create a good habit, so I am going to join judyblume14 in trying to become a calmer parent.
erinshelley21, good luck. We were only 6 hours into Ash Wednesday when I lost my shit on DD. She was such a brat last night, that she earned herself a night without a bedtime book tonight. Which suck because now we can't give her the little Valentine's gift we got for her... a book.

1. I have been missing workouts because of having to make other appointments. And doubling up on my work schedule this week and next.
2. I'm going to try to go for a walk with a friend tomorrow morning. And then lots of rest Friday and Saturday, hopefully go skiing on Sunday.
3. More fruits and veggies. Also, since DS is away for winter break, I want to purge expired food from the fridge, freezer and pantry.
4. Can't think of anything. But I thought of another goal, to get to sleep an hour or two earlier in the evening. That would be super if I could do that.
