1. Last week went well. Got my miles in at work each day other than Wednesday. Stayed away from junk food eating at my desk too. Didn't eat dinner all week so that is the only bad thing. 2. This week has been a disaster and almost over so we are just going to ignore it... 3. Eat something each night. So far this has worked other than last night when I just had ice cream. I even ate real food and not just cookies during the PTO meeting. 4. NA Bonus: I love to SUP but the weather won't be nice enough here until maybe May. Kayaking is fun to but I've turned into a fair weather paddler since DD was born so don't go as much. Basically powering my own water craft on a nice flat lake with beautiful scenery.
1. Meh. Not the greatest, but not the worst either. 2. I was aiming for two workouts, but I will probably end up with just one. 3. Since I couldn't get all of my workouts in, I tried to stick closer to my calorie counts, but it hasn't been easy. 4. No
I love hiking and running outside in nice weather. I find it to be so relaxing.

1. Last week was awesome and ended with my first crossfit competition. I was really happy with how my partner and I did! 2. I basically took the week off. i am still sore from Saturday, and only jumped on the elliptical for 20 minutes on Wednesday.I'll go to CF tonight and maybe Sunday. 3. I took the week of from paying attention to nutrition, too. Bad idea. I was out of town for work from Monday through Thursday and I gained 5 pounds. Yikes. 4. First competition, and we didn't get last place. We were right in the middle of the pack, and that felt good.
1. This week has been terrible. DH was traveling, the kids were home on vacation, and our treadmill died. My gym does not have child care. So I did what I could here and there, but it was pretty bad. Also, I've been on Zoloft for about 8 weeks, and I am so lethargic it's killing me. I have no motivation. I can barely get out of bed. I'm stopping.
2. Hoping next week is better. Aiming for 5 workouts since the kids are back in school.
3. Nausea from the medication has meant a ton of extra carbs. Also stress eating as we continue to struggle with behavioral issues. Bad scene.
4. Not really. On to next week...
Bonus: I do a lot of walking for my workouts. My knees and hips are too bad for running these days, so lots of fast walking. I've been surviving on the treadmill, but any weather above 50 degrees F and not raining means I'm outside. I could walk forever. I include hiking in that category, and the kids will do that with me (of course, not much of a workout when they're with me...)
