If you are going to be outside before the second bit (post workout), I'd add an SPF - otherwise you are exposing your skin to sun and potential damage. If you don't wear SPF then I wouldn't worry about the cleanser at all in the morning, even after a workout. Is the Hada Labo a toner or did you get the hyaluronic acid (because what I suggested was an HA not a toner)? If you got the HA then you want to use it after the cosrx 96.

I got what you suggested! Some places say it has mineral oil and dimethicone which worries me but I’m going to try it!

I got what you suggested! Some places say it has mineral oil and dimethicone which worries me but I’m going to try it!
Then I'd put it on after the cosrx - you can put it directly on coxrx (which will be sticky) and then pat the HL on for a bit until it no longer feels sticky (or you can pat it on and leave it to do other things until it dries).

So I guess I need to look for a toner. I thought the HL was considered a hydrating toner!

I wouldn't worry about a toner. What you have should be fine for now. If you find it's not hydrating enough, then yes, a toner would be good.
Some might consider the HL a toner. I think it's technically a lotion (their idea of lotion is lighter than ours). But, when I compare it to my booskin hydrating toner, it's the same consistency so don't get caught up on the idea that you MUST have certain types of products.
