Birthday party

Hello all,
I know I don't post on here much, if at all but wanted to get some ideas and you ladies always have great ideas for bday parties.
Our daughter A is turning 9 and wanted to do a party at home, trying to save a little $$ you know. Anyways, her bday is mid October so I thought I would have an autumn themed party. There will prob be 15-20 people, roughly 7-10 kids. Any ideas throw them out there, cause I've got nothin! Thanks in advance

What about a scarecrow theme party? Say everyone (kids) come in scarecrow clothes, and then offer face paint at the party. A pumpkin cake, and awesome old school games like the three legged race, bobbing for apples, etc and you are all set!

similar to rikki's idea, you could go with a fair-theme party. set up some games like balloon darts, or ball toss. Have a pie eating (or making!) contest. do some sand art, ect.
