Knitting Disaster

I had flights for work on Friday and forgot my knitting bag with two 90% finished Koigu socks and my Addi Sock Rocket needles in the restaurant at the airport. I’ve reported the package to the Pearson lost and found but Pearson is the worst so I don’t have much hope. I’ve had the same project bag for like 6 years and I loved it (although a needle had punched a hole in it at some point so it was in need of repairs).

I’m really just so sad because I was trying to finish the bright green socks in time for St. Patrick’s Day and I was actually going to make it in time!

Try posting on a couple ravelry boards. I've actually seen people reunited through there with their knitting!

Nothing as of yet. I bought myself a new pair of sock rockets. Might go back to the yarn store to get some fun green yarn since I went through my stash and was not inspired.

I wanted St. Paddy’s socks dammit!

I haven’t, but I just did and came up empty. It’s not the end of the world, I’m actually just about to turn the heels on a new pair. I did go to the yarn store and got some very yummy bright green variegated sock yarn. I’ve even branched out and tried a new pattern! Now I just need to sew a new project bag.
