So I guess we’re set to get slammed tonight into tomorrow. I have my bi yearly hair appointment tomorrow and will be so disappointed when it’s cancelled. And this means no school tomorrow. Last week we did a chemistry set and I ended up with volcano in my hair. No idea what we’ll do tomorrow. I’ll probably bake a cake and then let them play video games. Maybe grow some crystals. And of course Dave will be working since he never gets snow days because he works from home.
Yeah I can't believe how big this storm is looking now! I'm expecting daycare to send out an email saying they're closed tomorrow, but K will certainly have a snow day too so he'll be covered. I'll work from home.

RockNVoll that’s exciting and frustrating re the house. I hope the weather gods get on board. I got a phone call, email, and text message about schools being closed tomorrow. Message received, Somerville.
Daycare is closed and so is my office, but I have to work from home. I also have to move my car into emergency parking tonight. We have a space behind our building but it's uncovered and the plow needs to be able to get in there during/after big storms.
I texted H my emergency shopping list this morning which was:
And trash cancelled tomorrow, which will just be a real delight with a full diaper pail! I don't know how we're going to make it with that thing until Friday.

I think you need to add some wine to that emergency shopping list. And maybe some Febreze

They called it relatively early at work, but it’s spring break week and throwing out terms like “impossible travel” make it a relatively easy call. I’m heading to a conference and have a flight out on Wednesday morning, so I’m hoping it’s all clear by then. My flight was pretty empty as of a week ago, but I’m guessing that changed. Stay safe, everyone!
