I’ve been traveling for a little while, finally back at home. Did some grocery shopping today. My mom leaves to go back home tomorrow, then I’ll get back to my routine!
Hubs is OOT all week at the academy so it’ll hopefully be easy to eat the healthy food I have purchased.
I’ll be getting back into routine at my yoga studio. I’m going to up my pass to unlimited classes when my punch card runs out. They have all sorts of classes besides yoga. They have Pilates, pound, piyo, yoga, meditation, char chi etc. I’m so excited. My friend and I are doing it together, but if she can’t go to a few classes I’ll end up going alone or inviting another friend! It’s so close to my house too! Wahhooo!
Hopefully going to start walking 30min outside too!
All in all, I have a good plan, and will fill out my passion planner this week with all the classes I’ll be going to
wineandcheese I stink at working out too! I can never find motivation to do it. But I’ve noticed doing other forms of exercise are easier for me to keep doing. I don’t know if you have any other forms of studios etc or walking trails instead of a traditional gym.
Eating was terrible last week. Lots of premade frozen meals, take out, super easy things to cook. Nothing especially healthy. Yoga was fine. 5 out of 7 days. I haven't been doing any other exercising but I have been trying to get us outside to play every pretty day we have so I can chase G around the yard and just keep moving.
Last week I didn't meal plan - and I still haven't meal planned this week. I'm just extra tired and lazy lately. I need to get it together.

I bought a big pack of chicken breasts at the store so I'll make something with those for the next couples of nights. Maybe fish later this week?
I've done a yoga video the last couple of days. I haven't wanted to... but I've done a 30 minute video each day. Feeling good about following through.
