St. Patrick's Day Weekend Plans?

Any wild pub crawling? LOL, no, here. We are going to my grandma's 99th birthday dinner tomorrow. She's a St. Pat's baby. German heritage, but everyone's Irish on St. Patrick's Day, right? We usually do a St. Pat's theme for her birthday dinner. We're all wearing green and the kids look so cute in their outfits. DD2 has this dress and a glittery shamrock headband from Target and it's especially adorable:

Before that, I'm getting my hair cut for the first time in months and doing a Girl Scout cookie booth with DD1. 

Sunday we all have ice skating class (4th of 5 sessions) in the afternoon and we'll probably go out to dinner afterwards.

We just finished assembling DS's new bedroom set from Ikea, and I think we've convinced him to switch out his Thomas wall decals and comforter for a space theme, so tomorrow we'll probably be out looking for those. That's about it so far!

No plans, but I’m sure their leprechaun visit will excite them in the morning. Dd1 poured glitter all over the driveway in hopes she could catch him. 😂

We are heading to Banff with another couple this weekend, kid free. It’s the first time in 3 years that we have had a weekend getaway. I’m so excited!! I can’t wait to do some hiking and see the frozen waterfalls.

jag01, I'm so jealous! I've travelled a fair bit, and Banff is still the most beautiful place I've been - enjoy!

We had an amazing time. I try to get there yearly, it’s my happy place. I have never been there in the winter. It was absolutely stunning
