I have one for the first time in about a month! With new recipes and everything!
Sun- Lemon pepper chicken, Mac and cheese, steamed broccoli Mon- Springtime minestrone in crockpot with salad on side (tortellini for my non- soup eating weirdo kids) Tues- Chicken noodle soup and sandwiches (one kid will eat chicken noodle soup, the other will get rotisserie chicken with no noodles and with carrots) Wed- crockpot pepper steak and rice Thurs- Chick Fil A Because tee ball practice Fri- Either antipasti or pizza depending on moods.

M: Wild rice soup, salad, and fruit T: Burrito bowls, corn, and fruit W: Lent meal at church R: Brinner (oatmeal bake and smoothie bowl for me, omelets for DH and the kids) F: Out S: Steak/veggie burgers, sides TBD
Mon-DD has leftovers to eat before practice. If she wants to eat after it will be eggs. I'm having leftovers Tues-Grandma feed DD, PTO meeting cookies & Tea Wed-DD will eat before practice after will be Subway Thurs-Dinner at mom's Fri-Grandma feed DD before open gym if either of us still have energy by then
With DH out and grandma to the rescue the week is chaos.
I did by lunch meat and crackers and fruit so can always to appetizer dinners
Monday - freezer chili cornbread bake Tuesday - leftovers Wednesday - out or stuff in the freezer? Thursday - Leave for Disney World! I'm not cooking for a week
Sunday - out Monday - slow cooker chicken chili Tuesday- baked sweet potato bar with leftover chili and other toppings (broccoli) Wednesday- shrimp, kielbasa saffron rice Thursday- tortellini and green veggie primavera Friday - leftovers to clean out fridge before we go on vacation
