1. Last week was great. Stuck to the meal plan for the most part. Got in one more work out than I'd planned.
2. I need to get 4 weekday workouts in, because my H is out of town this weekend, and taking both girls to the gym with me isn't ideal. Hopefully i can do some yoga/stretching during nap time.
3. I want to shift the balance on my plate to include more veggies than meat for most meals. This is going to take some time...
4. Huge NSV this week. The coaches at my gym chose me as athlete of the month! They don't chose the fastest or strongest person (obviously!), but someone who just puts in the work. The wrote up the most flattering introduction in a FB post. And so many members of the gym had the sweets comments. It feels really good to be recognized.
Bonus - My husband doesn't work out ever. But i don't really need an accountability buddy there (it's my "me time", and very expensive. I go as often as I can!). My H will comply with healthy eating but I can't rely on him to encourage it.

1. How did last week go? Average. I got all the work outs in but my snacking has been out of control
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Get my running mileage in plus several strength workouts
3. What are your food goals for the week? To consistently track everything I eat in my fitness pal
4. Any non-scale victories? No
Bonus - Does your partner try to live a healthy lifestyle? If not, or if you're single, do you have an accountability buddy? Yes. He has really been making an effort for the last two years after high getting a wake-up call at his annual physical. I’m really proud of him for making changes and being consistent.

judyblume14 , I switched to a mostly plant-based diet four months ago after eating a paleo diet for the last four years. It has definitely been a shift for me but I have seen big improvements in my energy level.
1. How did last week go? I got one workout in since I was out of town for work.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Get back in to a workout routine. The last two weeks have been lacking since I was on vacation and out of town for work.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Get back to tracking my calories.
4. Any non-scale victories? According to my FitBit, we walked 6 - 7 miles every day that we were in Iceland. My pants are a little loose too.
Bonus - Does your partner try to live a healthy lifestyle? If not, or if you're single, do you have an accountability buddy? DH used to be good about counting calories, but not so much anymore. We both put on weight with the last pregnancy and it has been a struggle to get the weight off. We do get a lot of veggies and fruit since we have subscribed to a farm box. It should be starting soon.

1. I worked out 4 out of 7 days last week, which is just 1 short of my goal. I got 3 crossfits and 1 PiYo. Eating was the best it's been in the last year which showed on the scale finally after a plateau scale wise. 2. 3 crossfit, 2 piyo. I may try to run on the treadmill one day since I'd like to run a 5k this summer. 3. I've been followinf the 21 day fix meal plan and it's going very, very well. This just works so well for me. I tried macros but I feel like there is such a learning curve there that I don't have the brain power to devote right now. 4. Sort of scale related, but also not. I mentioned a scale plateau. It was frustrating because I've been putting in the work and not eating like an idiot, plus I've felt like my body was changing. I tried on my old favorite pair of jeans Saturday and they buttoned and fit well enough that I would wear them with a hoodie or something. The kicker: I am 10 lbs heavier than I was when I bought them 3 years ago and they got the exact same. They were goal jeans when I bought them because they were from The Loft and were only like $20 lol. I'm adding more muscle than I realized I guess. Bonus: he tries. He eats well most of the time, but when he doesn't he goes all out. Being away from home 3 days/nights a week is hard since his department typically just eats out when they work. He loves riding his bike so I'm hoping as it warms up he will get back to that. I really want him to come to crossfit with me but I've stopped badgering for now lol. He was really into weight lifting in HS and I think he would enjoy it. I just want him to do something.

Forgive me for skipping last week!
1. How did last week go? Whelp, I was on vacation and it didn't go so hot. Two days in a row I did run while we were in the country. But after that I did nothing and ate everything and drank everything and had a grand old time.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Hit all my training peak workouts.
3. What are your food goals for the week? I'm going to try to be really good about sticking to my nutritionist's plan. I did it the week before we went on vacation and I felt really good, so I'm going to try to do it two weeks in a row. Baby steps.
4. Any non-scale victories? I feel like that 8 mile trail run I did while on vacation was particularly peaceful and fun. It made me feel really good.
Bonus - Does your partner try to live a healthy lifestyle? If not, or if you're single, do you have an accountability buddy?
LOL no. That's not his thing. My triathlon group and coach are my accountability partners.
1. How did last week go? Fine, got My mileage and two strength sessions in. Food:typical-I ate pretty good during the week and enjoyed the weekend. I'm back on RP foods but not measuring carbs and probablybgetting more fats. So notnreally RP then 😂
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? At least 20 miles, and 2 lifting sessions.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Kind of RP.
4. Any non-scale victories? I ran a 12 miler this past weekend. It's also nice that it's light longer at night, I'm replacing a group night 4 miler (we all go w lights) with 4 in my own neighborhood which saves me time. Actually soccer starts next week and I can run around the park during practice.
Bonus - Does your partner try to live a healthy lifestyle? If not, or if you're single, do you have an accountability buddy? My husband does the same exercise routine he has always done at the gym but doesn't really worry about food. I don't have an accountability buddy but I do have running texting friends. We sort of check in but don't hold anyone to any standards. More like cheer for each other.
I can’t get motivated and I am scared to go back to boxing. Middle DD baked blondies with pecans and caramel sauce - from scratch - after school and I ate a row of an 8x8 pan. Like 2 inches x 8 inches. Uugghhhh.

What's there to be scared of? You've done it before and you can do it again!
I also have very little control around baked goodies in the house.
