Wednesday snow day

Anyone else have a snow day?  DH and I are working from home today, which is nice.

Nope, although we haven't gotten a single snowflake, haha.

I went to this local "farmer's market" for lunch as one of the caterers we were considering has a stand there. Holy hell, the wrap I had was sooooo good. It was a spiced squash with homemade onion jam and field greens. I think it took me all of 90 seconds to devour it.

We had about 3 inches overnight. But roads were fine, so I'm here.

I am totally wiped out and don't know why.

No snow day here but Wednesdays are my day off anyways so I am home today.

Slept in, went grocery shopping, had lunch with my dad, going to do a little baking in a few and then have dinner plans with my bff. All in all, it's a good day.

Today is the first day in several weeks that hasn't been jam packed with stuff, both work and personally. It's a nice little break.

Oh hey, it's a work from home day for me, but M has a snow day. We just went to clear the driveway - it took the two of us an hour, and that's WITH a snowblower (which was of limited use, as the snow is so heavy it kept clogging the chute every couple passes). I think we're up to 8", and we're still in the heaviest band of snow until after dinnertime.

Definitely no snow day here. It's been a hectic day with a 3 hour meeting but after this I'm off work until April 2nd.

Last night I made myself taco seasoned ground turkey with black beans and roasted butternut squash and sweet potatoes. It's really good and I'm really glad I made it.

Oh, that sucks, chalupa. I think we've gotten ~3-5" or so...it was coming down nice and fluffy, but it's warm enough that it's melting a bit on the ground and compacting. I think we can get away with not shoveling the driveway, especially since it's supposed to be warm-ish tomorrow.
